Annotation: The Internet plays a significant and ever-growing role in modern society. This is due, among other things, to the growing number of cases in which participants apply to the European Court of Human Rights ("the Court") to protect their right to freedom of expression on the Internet. However, the right to freedom of expression on the Internet is not absolute, ie the state may apply restrictions on its implementation. But such restrictions must be established by law and pursue a legitimate aim. The article examines the case law of the Court, we believe that the bulk of the cases were initiated by complaints of violations of two articles of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of 1950 (hereinafter - the Convention): Art. 8 (the right to respect for private and family life) and Art. 10 (right to freedom of expression). In its decisions, the court defined the boundary of private life, noting that it includes such aspects as images of a person, his personal data, including biometric information, DNA samples, etc. The paper finds that the Court proceeds from the fact that the dissemination of information on the Internet falls under the protection of Art. 10 of the Convention. At the same time, he acknowledged that the level of protection of information posted on the Internet differs from that provided by information disseminated in the media. In addition, the legal positions developed by the Court on the blocking of Internet sites, the liability of Internet providers for disseminated information and comments, the relationship between freedom of information and copyright, etc. are of significant interest.

Annotation: The Russian fairy tale within the school education is a major object of case study and comprehension. The systematic study has an important scientific and methodological potential for both university and school education. Only by adherting to the plan of methodological interpretations in relation to this object, it is possible to identify several ways to effectively develop the creative potential of students, to relieve the psycho-emotional stress that naturally occurs in the learning process. The fairy tale also provides great historical and cultural material that opens up the history of the country, cultural traditions and customs. The study of fairy tales at school and university should comply with the developed methodological principles but also the undoubted age interests and students needs, contain a moral and useful semantic content. The teacher should draw the attention to the fact that the fairy tale is seen as a psychological relief by children, it gives them the opportunity to dive in the magic world, have fun and take a break from the learning process. The approach to study may be different depending on the age of students. However, the major principle of fairy tales study is inextricably linked with the concept of edutainment, i.e. the combined experience of a game technique that can be presented in various models and formats. In this regard, the issue of applying personality-oriented learning technology is relevant. This article solves the exact problem interpreted on the basis of a certain experience.

Annotation: The article considers the main problems in assessing the investment attractiveness of a startup project. Under conditions of uncertainty, modeling investment attractiveness for an investor is essential for effective capital investment. In external unstable conditions and even greater internal economic crises of startups, the question of proper project evaluation and making the right investment decisions in order to increase capital and create financial stability is acute. During the modeling, the strategy of constructing financial indicators was chosen. In assessing the attractiveness of the project, the following indicators were used: net discounted income, the internal rate of return of the investment project, the index of return on investment, the discounted payback period of the project. The aim of the work is to develop a model by which it will be possible to assess the investment attractiveness of the project to reduce the level of financial risk and effective investment of the investor. The novelty of the work is the creation of a phased project evaluation plan. The main result of the article is an effective model by which you can evaluate any startup on the prospects of profit or loss of the project. The calculations of the model were performed for a conditional project which in the future can be replaced by any real project. The developed model makes it possible to realistically evaluate the project, effectively invest funds and optimize the process of choosing an attractive project.
