Annotation: The article describes the importance of developing journalism solutions as a new approach to submitting journalistic material; its attributes and characteristics. Was researched ontological and epistemological aspects of the phenomenon of "Solution journalism" within the concepts of "constructive journalism" and "social journalism".

Annotation: This article is devoted to studying the concept «fixed assets» in relation to the enterprise, their content and features of use. The article deals with the issues of wear and tear of fixed assets of the enterprise, increasing the efficiency of their use. In addition, the author points out that the problem of the effectiveness of the formation together with the use of fixed assets of the enterprise should become one of the key tasks for any enterprise.

Аналізуються основні акти національного законодавства, у яких закріплені статусні принципи правового статусу суддів. Судова система являє собою один з ключових державних інститутів, що контролює належне виконання своїх повноважень іншими ланками державного механізму, здійснює охорону конституційного ладу й забезпечує правопорядок у країні, а також припиняє порушення прав громадян, відновлює їх і вживає заходів до попередження таких порушень. Принцип єдності статусу суддів є загально правовим статусним принципом правового статусу суддів, оскільки в Законі України «Про судоустрій і статус суддів» закріплено, що судді в Україні мають єдиний статус незалежно від місця суду в системі судоустрою чи адміністративної посади, яку суддя обіймає в суді.

Annotation: Risk management, overcoming uncertainty is always relevant, especially in the financial sphere, which requires effective risk management and the use of a risk management system. The role of risk management is revealed through its role in creating the value of a financial institution, because the adequacy and efficiency of this system allows not only to protect the banking institution from large losses, but also to preserve and multiply its value. The peculiarities of banking institutions' activities and the variety of risks they are exposed to require the creation of an appropriate risk management system for active and passive operations, which will take into account the size of the banking institution, its current business model, the scale and types of activities, the complexity of the bank's operations and ensure detection, assessment, monitoring and control of all significant types of bank risks. Therefore, there is a need to study the conceptual foundations of the development and implementation of an effective system of risk management of banking institutions. This article is devoted to the consideration of the conceptual foundations of the construction of a risk management system, which provide that this system should contain defined tasks, principles, functions, objects and subjects of management, methods and tools, as well as a risk management mechanism to achieve the goals of strategic development banking institution.

Annotation: Theoretical issues of accounting and analysis of crop production are investigated. The cost characteristic of the production process is formed from production costs, therefore, in order to reliably determine the cost of the manufactured product, it is necessary to conduct an accounting and analysis of its production costs.

Annotation: The article considers the definitions of the category "reserves" as an economic category and an object of the accounting and analytical system, reveals various approaches to determining the essence and content of reserves their classification.

Зазначено, що для того, щоб сформувати картину майбутнього інноваційного потенціалу підприємства може використовуватися методологія Форсайт, тобто «передбачення». Розкрито етапи проведення Форсайту, зазначено що є п’ять етапів: формування об’єкта, формування істотних умов, сканування, альтернативи майбутнього, планування та виконання. Розглянуто методи форсайт-досліджень. Розглянуто необхідність розробки «дорожніх карт», а саме «дорожня карта» дозволяє постійно коригувати намічені заходи, маневрувати ресурсами в сучасному наддинамічному та нестабільному ринковому просторі, при посиленні конкуренції та збільшення факторів негативного впливу на діяльність підприємства.

У статті розглянуто теоретичні основи економічної природи ризику. Особливу увагу приділено класифікації фінансових ризиків у загальній системі ризиків.
