Annotation: The basic elements of communication process are considered in the article, as well as possibilities of the computer-integrated use of communication policy are investigated in the processes of modern communication society. On the basis of analysis of approaches to the concept of communication policy the general scheme of realization of communication process is resulted.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the problems of alienation of a farm as an integral property complex. The shortcomings of the legal regulation of the alienation of a farmer are highlighted. The necessity of improvement of the land legislation is substantiated and the corresponding proposals are formulated by the author.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті розкриваються умови реалізації Концепції Нової української школи до всестороннього розвитку молодших школярів через виховання й різні форми педагогічної підтримки. Означені представлені підходи до організації педагогічної підтримки, враховано особливості індивідуальних особливостей учнів початкової школи згідно особистісної якості «вихованість». Посилення педагогічної підтримки варто виконувати через стимулювання та підтримку ініціативу і відкритість в пізнанні зусиллями самих учнів.

Annotation: The paper is concerned with the comparative analysis of legal acts regulating financial liability of employees in Ukraine and some EU as well as CIS countries. The legal regulations in Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Kazakhstan and Belarus have been studied. Legal grounds and conditions under which an employee is to held liable in the above-mentioned countries have been investigated. Full and limited financial liability application in Lithuania, Poland, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine has been highlighted. The procedures of covering losses have been compared. The analysis of financial liability regulations in other countries have made it possible to suggest ways of improving such regulations concerning Ukrainian employees.
