Annotation: This article reveals the problems of international legal regulation of uncontrolled circulation of products created with the help of genetic engineering or containing genetically modified organisms, the issue of labeling such products and state registration and control over the use of genetically modified organisms in different countries. The author also studied the issue of liability for violation of the norms of national and international law in the field of control over biotechnological activities and the basic requirements that genetically modified products must meet, and suggested the ways to improve the legal regulation of genetic engineering activities.

Annotation: External labor migration is a negative phenomenon, which every year more and more influences Ukraine, becoming a problem requiring immediate solution. The article is devoted to the consideration of such a phenomenon as external labor migration. The paper analyzes in detail the doctrinal definitions of “labor migration” and provides a legal interpretation of the key term of the article. The author provides his own definition of external labor migration, which should be used when analyzing the article itself. The paper presents and analyzes statistical data on the number of persons who have committed external labor migration, on the level of inflation and the level of wages in Ukraine for several years. Used official data collected by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and reflected in the reports. The reasons and preconditions that caused the migration of Ukrainians to foreign countries are investigated. All arguments are supported by the author with statistical data and the works of reputable scientists, most of them Ukrainian. The article draws attention to the positive and negative effects of labor migration. The author thoroughly reviewed and analyzed each of them. Several short-term and long-term forecasts of the situation in Ukraine have been provided in the context of the continuation of the trend of the economically active population going abroad. In particular, the aging of the nation, a decrease in the number of people capable of performing the labor function, is predicted. At the end of the work, the author comes to the conclusion that the phenomenon of “external labor migration” has both negative and positive consequences, which now help Ukraine to reduce tension in the labor market and reduce unemployment. Moreover, there are ways (actions) that need to be done to reduce the number of labor migrants in the future to prevent the occurrence of negative consequences (aging of the nation, reducing the number of economically active population). The author of the article considers such methods as: stabilization of socio-economic processes and increase in the level of labor supply, introduction of social benefits, creation of new jobs with decent wages.

Це дозволяє їм в короткий термін різко збільшити попит на свою продукцію, тим самим зменшивши частку попиту на продукцію конкурентів. Такі акцію супроводжуються знижкою на певний товар та рекламою у засобах масової інформації щодо проведення акції в певній торговій мережі. Таким чином, торгова мережа має заздалегідь знати, як може зрости попит на той чи інший товар, адже необхідно надати інформацію про можливий попит постачальнику для замовлення товару в тій кількості, яка зможе покрити попит. Крім того, торговій мережі необхідно знати, яким буде попит на кожному магазині, щоб налагодити ланцюг поставок до моменту настання акційної активності.

Саме тому забезпечення ефективного управління результатом діяльності підприємства призводить до позитивної динаміки прибутку, де велику роль відіграє система управління прибутком. Проаналізовано основні напрями управління прибутком на підприємстві в сучасних умовах господарювання. Описано системний підхід управління прибутком на підприємстві, визначено задачі та цілі управління прибутком, фактори, які впливають на величину прибутку. Запропоновано джерела підвищення прибутковості та рентабельності підприємства.

Annotation: The article deals with the concept and classification of environmental offenses in international law, distinguishing elements of the latter, which in aggregate is the basis for international legal responsibility in the field of environmental protection. The peculiarities of regulation of this institute in a number of international documents, as well as existence of such body as the International Ecological Court at the United Nations for the settlement of environmental disputes are revealed. The article states that the subjects of international law are increasingly violating environmental norms, which causes the deterioration of the state of the environment, and in turn requires international legal regulation and bringing them to justice.
