Annotation: The article presents modern varieties of hybrid financial instruments for financial management, and also the necessity of their application is substantiated. The classification of hybrid financing in the management of corporate finance is presented.

Annotation: It was found out how tax payments affect the activities of economic entities. The mechanism of influence of taxation on efficiency of activity of the enterprise is determined. The connection between tax burden and investment opportunities of economic entities is substantiated.

Annotation: The purpose of the article is to study modern approaches to the construction of the process of updating the technical base of the enterprise, identification of the main problems associated with this process at the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine. The article analyzes two different approaches to the allocation of stages of this process. Also, methods for updating the technical base of the enterprise were determined. The peculiarities of technical updating at the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine are determined. The interdependence between the strategy of enterprise development and its technical policy is analyzed. General recommendations are given that will help to improve the state of the technical base of pharmaceutical and any other industrial enterprise.

Annotation: Economy of Ukraine, the management of production and the processes of circulation of material, monetary and information resources at enterprises is rather difficult. This is mainly due to a significant increase in the amount of necessary information that an enterprise must possess in order to function successfully in the external environment. To systematize the existing flows in the enterprise, it becomes expedient to use a logistic approach in management. Determination of definition is in-process analysed "logistic system" and determination of the logistic system is given. The personal touches of the logistic system of enterprises of machine-building are exposed. In the articles considered and complemented properties and principles of construction of the logistic systems of industrial enterprises. The brought classification over of the logistic systems on spatial limitation and types of logistic chains. In the article theoretical approaches are investigational to forming of processes of management industrial enterprises, the role of base theoretical concepts of logistic is analysed at their forming, determination of concept is given. A reasonable necessity of introduction of logistic approach is for activity of enterprises of machine-building industry for the increase of efficiency of functioning of processes of management industrial enterprises. The logistic approach will help to rationalize the flow of processes within the managed system of the enterprise, to achieve the minimization of time and resources by optimizing the management of material, informational and financial flows. Relevance of this topic is caused by rethinking of the role of traditional types of journalism in the overall structure of the communicative process. With the rapid development of Internet technologies and increase in the territories coverage by Internet providers in Ukraine, number of Internet users is increasing accordingly. In todays information society, the main feature of which is globalization, journalism is one of the underlying factors. And as we move towards a modern culture, journalism has a new direction – online network media.
