Annotation: The purpose of the article is to study modern approaches to the construction of the process of updating the technical base of the enterprise, identification of the main problems associated with this process at the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine. The article analyzes two different approaches to the allocation of stages of this process. Also, methods for updating the technical base of the enterprise were determined. The peculiarities of technical updating at the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine are determined. The interdependence between the strategy of enterprise development and its technical policy is analyzed. General recommendations are given that will help to improve the state of the technical base of pharmaceutical and any other industrial enterprise.

Annotation: Economy of Ukraine, the management of production and the processes of circulation of material, monetary and information resources at enterprises is rather difficult. This is mainly due to a significant increase in the amount of necessary information that an enterprise must possess in order to function successfully in the external environment. To systematize the existing flows in the enterprise, it becomes expedient to use a logistic approach in management. Determination of definition is in-process analysed "logistic system" and determination of the logistic system is given. The personal touches of the logistic system of enterprises of machine-building are exposed. In the articles considered and complemented properties and principles of construction of the logistic systems of industrial enterprises. The brought classification over of the logistic systems on spatial limitation and types of logistic chains. In the article theoretical approaches are investigational to forming of processes of management industrial enterprises, the role of base theoretical concepts of logistic is analysed at their forming, determination of concept is given. A reasonable necessity of introduction of logistic approach is for activity of enterprises of machine-building industry for the increase of efficiency of functioning of processes of management industrial enterprises. The logistic approach will help to rationalize the flow of processes within the managed system of the enterprise, to achieve the minimization of time and resources by optimizing the management of material, informational and financial flows. At the present stage of the economy of Ukraine, the management of production and the processes of circulation of material, monetary and information resources at enterprises is rather difficult. Annotation: The basic principles and features of the construction of the BCG matrix are considered. Differences in the notation and interpretation of individual concepts used in this popular business management tool are noted. It was noted that one of the main achievements of the BCG matrix was that it established a rigid link between strategic positioning and financial performance and is an easy approach to understanding and using the strategic analysis of an organization’s corporate activities. Particular attention is paid to review the shortcomings and limitations inherent, in the opinion of some authors, to this method. Among the most frequently mentioned deficiencies of the BCG matrix, it is noted that when forming a matrix, it can be difficult to find relevant information on competitors' products, for example, its cost, which is not included in the statistical reporting, as well as in the balance sheets and annual reports of enterprises that can be found in the register of enterprises. For successful application, the matrix requires a good knowledge of competitors, the market, sufficiently accurate positioning of the company's products on it, but does not provide suitable analysis tools. Thus, the BKG model is based on a fuzzy definition of the market and market share for the business industry. Some of the techniques are proposed. allowing to parry individual comments, namely: the possibility of taking into account the incompleteness and unreliability of information, when making strategic decisions, using the BCG matrix. It has been suggested that some of the considered elements of the table for constructing the BKG matrix, unlike the others, have an inaccurate description. This means that their image in the fields of the matrix may vary within certain limits set by experts. The causes of fluctuations in the positioning of the elements of the BKG matrix in the coordinates “relative market share: inaccurate data on the share of sales of a competitor; incorrectly outlined the boundaries of the market (incorrectly identified the nearest competitor). In the coordinates of “market growth rates”: the market growth rate is determined by the incoming money supply, and not the product sales of goods and, therefore, does not reflect the real situation on the market. This interpretation of the source data implies the analysis of the obtained “diffuse” BCG matrix to establish the following characteristics: robustness (stability) of the strategic decisions made to the uncertainty (inaccuracy) of the source data, as well as the limits of permissible errors of statistical data for the adopted product strategies.

Annotation: The development of information technology creates conditions for uncontrolled dissemination of personal information through the means of social networks, search engines and other massive projects of the Internet. This puts a danger to society, because personal data may be the object of a criminal attack by intruders who may in various ways use the information obtained for mercenary purposes. On the other hand, in the context of globalization, there was a problem of secret control over citizens by creating, compiling and updating databases on the financial, civil, physical and mental status of a person, the address of the place of registration and actual place of residence, telephone number, vehicle number, etc. In order to solve the problem of personal data protection in the countries of the European Union, special programs of confidentiality and protection of personal data are created, as well as processes of criminalization of individual acts that are aimed at violating personal human rights in terms of illegal personalization. The European Court of Human Rights is a key figure in the implementation of the direct judicial protection of individuals and their personal data, the adoption of important judicial precedents, which create conditions for the improvement of the privacy policy.
