Annotation: An article gives a discription of a concept, value, the contents and legal manifestation drawing up the joint will of spouses relying on experience of the foreign states. The joint will of spouses is a will of two persons whose marriage is officially registered concerning the order the property after their death in favor of the particular person. In the Republic of Kazakhstan exists only the wills made by one person. Therefore applying techniques of the foreign states, on a way of applications and streamlinings of legislations, their features of drawing up, carrying out legal expertize of drawing up the joint will of spouses, the analysis by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the hereditary relations between spouses is kept.
