Annotation: This article is devoted to the consideration of civil-procedural evaluation categories that appeared in the Civil procedure code, after making changes to it in 2017. The general definition of evaluative categories was characterized and the features and features of these concepts within the framework of civil procedural law were analyzed. The following evaluation categories were investigated as «minor case», «recognized specialist in the field of law», «faithful use of procedural rights», «abuse of procedural rights». Problematic issues that were encountered in the interpretation of judgments by appraisers by courts and in their own discretion were identified, and a possible solution to these problems was suggested.
