Annotation: The article considers the economic consequences for international companies that leave the Russian market as a result of Russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine. The main reasons for these companies to leave the Russian market are analyzed. The key challenges faced by companies in connection with this decision are highlighted, taking into account economic, financial and geopolitical aspects. The financial results of international companies before and after their exit from the Russian market are determined.
