Probability approach to the decision on the acquisition of the franchise
Annotation: The question of finding new forms of business organization and attracting investment is urgent for both existing and new businesses. Recently, a form of integration of business structures, such as franchising, has become increasingly popular in Ukraine, which, despite its widespread use in the world, remains a relatively new phenomenon for the domestic economy. The current state of the economy of Ukraine requires solving a number of problems that reduce the economic efficiency of entrepreneurship. Namely: the need to expand the market for the sale of products produced by one firm in a wide, often regional market; the need to involve professionals in the dealer network of large firms; complexity of interaction of small and big business enterprises; reducing the efficiency and shortening the life of small businesses. One of the mechanisms to overcome these problems is franchising, which combines the benefits of small and large businesses. This determines the relevance of the main aspects of the process of implementation and practice of franchising, studying its specific features, as well as the risks associated with its application, and the prospects for the development of this form of business in Ukraine. The work modeled the profitability of the franchise in the field of services and substantiated the feasibility of acquiring this form of business for their own profit.
