Annotation: The article has been investigated the theoretical basis of the formation of financial security system in the enterprise and its essence; the system of functioning financial security mechanism has been formed and analyzed; the main functions of the financial security system and the interrelation between them has been described. First of all, it is necessary to find out what we put into the concept: "Financial Security Systems", which factors influence for its abidance, how separate elements of this category can be coordinated in their development. The large number of aspects of financial security enterprise, the complexity of choosing the optimal option for guaranteeing, objectively causes the need to use of complex approach to the analysis of this area. The formation of financial security system should be based on development of scientific theory, concept, strategy and tactic, conducting an adequate policy of entrepreneurial activity, the formation of the necessary institutions, using of means and methods of providing.
