Annotation: The article reveals the objective requirements of globalization processes that constantly push Arab absolute monarchies towards constitutional transformation into monarchies. The severity of such processes causes destabilization not only in the Gulf region, but throughout the world. The need to prevent possible unwanted incidents and conflicts determines the relevance of the research problem. Illuminated relevance is important not only for legal science, but also for foreign policy activities of different countries, including Ukraine, in the Muslim world.
