Annotation: In this article, the problem of using a hearsay evidence as evidence perceived by the court to adjudicate is analyzed, and also the need to amend the article 97 of Criminal procedure code of Ukraine as to the conditions for the application of this type of evidence is justified.

Annotation: This article discusses the main legal issues involved in establishing the concept, understanding, and the exercise of such an inherent constitutional right of a person as the right to respect for human dignity. At this stage of the development of constitutional law and legislative technique of Ukraine there is no unified definition of the concept of "dignity", since this category covers a rather large range of social and legal relations. It is this problem that results in an ambiguous approach to understanding the most important legal principle of respect for the human personality. The publication explores the constitutional status of the right to respect for human dignity both in Ukraine and in foreign countries. The legislative consolidation of such status in a number of legal acts at national and international levels is analyzed. The mechanisms for securing and defending the right to dignity are described and analyzed in detail through the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in resonant cases. This fact gives reason to consider such a legal constant an integral aspect of the human personality, which requires proper regulation and protection in all legal systems. Ways to improve the quality of legal support and protection the right of a person to respect for human dignity are proposed

Annotation: This article is devoted to the study of the regulatory framework of Ukraine of the management of certain types of waste and its practical implementation. The urgency of conducting this study is conditioned by the need for Ukraine to fulfill the international commitments made under the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, on the other hand, from 2015. The main part analysis current rules of national legislation in the field of waste management: Law of Ukraine "The Waste", Order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine "The procedure of collection, sorting, transportation, recycling and disposal of used packaging (packaging) ”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine“ The National Waste Management Strategy in Ukraine until 2030 ”, which sets out the basic principles and requirements of collection, sorting, transportation, recycling and disposal of the waste. The article also explored the rules of European law, where these issues are more fully regulated and fixed at the level of EU Council Directives. Madea comparative analysis of national and European legal regulation of this field. Proposed a comprehensive approach of waste management reform in Ukraine.

Порівняно юридичну природу відповідних міжнародно-правових норм з точки зору їх правозастосовної кваліфікації під час вирішення основних колізійних питань недобросовісної конкуренції з іноземним елементом.

Annotation: The article discusses approaches to water management in Ukraine and French Republic The peculiarities of the French basin principle of water management, as well as the system of competent authorities of French Republic in the sphere of water supply and distribution of their powers, are investigated. The current state of water resources management in Ukraine, the centralized system of bodies authorized for water resources management are investigated. Possibilities of improvement of water system in Ukraine in accordance with French standards are analyzed. The essence of the "Water Policy Strategy" introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is explained. It is proposed to introduce the principle of basin water use, as well as the creation of new specialized bodies of water resources management in Ukraine, which will increase the efficiency of water use and distribution.

Annotation: The article deals with the current systems of international legal acts that regulate radioactive waste management. The authors draws attention to the concept of "radioactive waste", as well as the main features that need to be attained. Adhering to specific documents of the international law communities, which regulate not only the behaviour with these radioactive waste, formed because of using of nuclear power, but also considering issues about control of occurence of radioactive waste because of accident and incorrect handling of existing materials(that is occurence of uncontrolled radioactive waste). The authors come to conclusion about dynamic of developing in accordance with the legislation.

Annotation: The article analyzes the features of legal regulation of the GMOs in Ukraine. Analyzed the opinions of scientists about the safety of genetically modified organisms are diverging. The author notes that some the potential impact of genetically modified organisms on the environment and human health is one of the most controversial issues in society today. The features of legal regulation of the use of genetically modified organisms in the EU countries are studied. Ukrainian legislation, scientific literature and legal regulation of the genetically modified organisms usage in foreign countries were analyzed. The current state of the legislation regarding this issue in Ukraine is determined and possible directions for its improvement are outlined.
