Annotation: (Українська) Питання, пов’язані з заробітною платою (її величиною, формою нарахування, порядком виплати) є одними з найбільш актуальних як для працівників, так і для роботодавців. Підприємства, які прагнуть до підвищення продуктивності праці, намагаються розробити стимулюючі заходи зростання заробітної плати, які дозволяють, з одного боку, збільшувати обсяги виробництва продукції, а з іншого боку - мати зацікавленому працівникові дохід, що дозволяє вести гідний спосіб життя. Формування політики в сфері оплати праці покладено безпосередньо на підприємства, які самостійно встановлюють форми, системи і розміри оплати праці, матеріального стимулювання її результатів. У даній статті представлені особливості мотивації і стимулювання праці персоналу на підприємствах різних країн світу. Об’єктом вивчення є закордонний досвід трудової мотивації працівників. В результаті дослідження зроблено висновок, що необхідно активно розвивати системи нематеріального стимулювання працівників. Ефективність функціонування такої системи буде визначатися не тільки впливом на співробітників організацій, але і її актуальністю і життєздатністю на довгострокову перспективу.

Annotation: The article describes the essence of personnel management as a set of principles, methods and means of purposeful influence on staff, ensuring the maximum use of his intellectual and physical abilities in the performance of work functions to achieve the goals of the organization, disclosed the purpose of assessing the effectiveness of personnel management of the enterprise. Modern organization in the structure of the commodity market is a complex socio-economic entity. In the management system of this entity, a special place is occupied by personnel management. Without staff, there is no organization, and the success of its financial and economic activities is a merit and property of the staff. The long period of economic development of leading industrialized countries with a market economy convincingly shows that success can be achieved only if the basis of management of the organization is a person as the highest value of the firm. In order to ensure the efficient functioning of the enterprise, a strong team must be formed, capable of maintaining its high professional authority. The success of the organization depends on the choice of options for building a company personnel management system, learning how it operates, choosing the most appropriate mechanisms and techniques for interaction with people. The groups of staff evaluation criteria that are used by any organization with some adjustments are highlighted. The features of modern methods of assessing the effectiveness of enterprise personnel management are considered: rating scale method, benchmarking method, 360 degree method, KPI method, expert evaluation method, Azimuth method, Jack Phillips technique and Dave Ulrich method.

Annotation: In the article the nature of the jurisdiction of International Court of Justice, its wide and narrow meanings were investigated. Three main aspects of the jurisdiction were analyzed.

Annotation: The main features of farming and personal peasant farming were considered by authors of this article by comparing them. The authors showed that family farms are highly viable in relation to changes in technology, economic and social conditions. Cultural attachment to farming and agriculture, especially for family which owned farms for a long time, is also a substantive factor. Nevertheless, from a legal point of view the activities of farms are more regulated and the Government provide support to such entitles on favourable terms. Besides the ways of this support to farms are broader than to personal peasant farming. First of all, this is due to the fact that farms are commodity producers which are engaged in entrepreneurial activities and their products are oriented towards the sale. Personal peasant farms are the most numerous organizational form of housekeeping. It has been an additional or the only livelihood of rural population for many decades. In Ukraine the number of rural inhabitants reaches 30% of the total population of the country. Personal peasant farming as the primary form of organizing the production of agricultural products by the personal labour of members of the rural family and as a form of its implementation catered to material, housing, welfare and recreation needs needs of citizens. The authors of this article described in details the key features of the above concepts. As a result the authors received comparative analysis materials which permits them to distinguish between the corresponding categories and determine the priority activity for a person in case of creating a farm or a personal peasant farm.

Annotation: The article outlines the main concepts of enterprise liquidity as one of the main indicators of financial security of a trading enterprise. On the basis of the conducted research, the main stages of calculation of solvency of the enterprise are determined and its content is disclosed, taking into account the specifics of financial security of the enterprise.

The general criminal-law characteristic of crime is given in accordance with changes of criminal legislation.

Annotation: The article describes operations, including financial monitoring and describes the procedure for financial monitoring at banks in Ukraine.

Annotation: The article deals with the problem of improvement of the state information policy, discusses the main achievements of the state in this sphere, in particular the introduction of the concept of "e-government" and the provision of administrative services through a system of electronic online platforms. Possibilities of further improvement of information policy on the example of foreign countries are considered.
