Annotation: The article is a study of the problems of effective implementation of pricing policy in the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmaceuticals is one of the most dynamic and knowledge-intensive sectors of the economy both in Ukraine and around the world, the development of which is caused by the growing demand for medicines and rising public health expenditures. The key role in the development of the native pharmaceutical industry is played by the creation of a balanced and effective price system in the Ukrainian market of medicines. That is why we faced an urgent task - to consider the problems of effective implementation of pricing policy in the pharmaceutical industry. It is noted that pharmaceuticals is one of the most high-tech industries and has a leading position in the global volume of research expenditures, and the stable dynamic growth of the market is due to a number of factors. It is noted that pharmaceutical pricing varies in different countries, but the price structure for the end consumer after the margin of the downstream participants is mostly typical. Scientists identify four basic methods of regulating medicine prices: fixed prices, income adjustment, pricing based on efficiency, and setting base prices. At the same time, there is no fully free or fully regulated pricing in the world. The examples of different pricing options for medicines in different countries are provided. It is noted that all pricing factors are divided into two groups - internal and external. In Ukraine, the state regulation of prices, as an element of state regulation of the economy, is carried out, as a rule, in the areas of natural monopolies, as well as in relation to socially significant goods and services. It is noted that the activity of participants in the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market is governed by a large number of legal acts that have been introduced since the beginning of the formation of our state. However, it is noted that the problems of pricing in the pharmaceutical market are receiving a great deal of attention in connection with the purchase of medicines at the state level and the solution of the issues of state regulation of the prices of medicines.

Annotation: In the current circumstances, international cooperation with states with a similar political and economic situation, mutual assistance and partnership between them is particularly important for the country. European integration for Ukraine is a priority international task. Ukraine and Moldova are similar in modern realities, in particular, the unity of positions with similar political and economic external orientations, including the confrontation of the influence of the RF in the respective regions and their way to Europe. And in the same vein, the main question remains their accession to the European Union in the face of unresolved territorial and political conflicts. There are no comprehensive studies devoted to the question of the accession of Moldova and Ukraine to the EU in the context of existing conflicts. This paper examines the process of establishing relations between countries with unresolved territorial and political conflicts in their territories, with the European Union, analyzes the main stages of political and economic integration of these states in the European Union. The article compares the achievements of Ukraine and Moldova on the path to European integration and predicts the prospects for further cooperation of these states with the EU. The article deals with the problematic issues of the accession of Ukraine and Moldova to the EU in the context of unresolved conflicts. Both Moldova and Ukraine can be the connecting link between many states and economic partners of the region. Effective use of this opportunity and the resolution of conflicts can contribute to the European integration of countries and to transform from a restrictive to a favorable factor of Ukrainian and Moldovan statehood. The signing of the Association Agreements was a decisive step in the relations between Moldova, Ukraine and the European Union. This allows for the continuation of the implementation of the Eurointegration vector of the foreign policy of Moldova and Ukraine, despite the destructive position of Russia in this matter.

Annotation: The goal of the work. The article is intended to consider the issues of innovation and experiment of design of men's suit of Europe and the USA of the end of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century. Research methodology. Several dozen scientific works on design, cultural studies, costume history, art history are considered. The method of art and comparative analysis was applied in the preparation of the article. The visual material was selected based on periodicals and the Internet. The scientific novelty of the work is to identify the territorial and stylistic differences in the collections of men's suits in Europe and the United States of this period. Comparative features of designing products from European and American designers. The dynamics of the development of fashion trends, the evolution of men's costume during the end of XX - beginning of XXI century are investigated. Conclusions. The progress of innovation and experiment of design of men's suit of Europe and the USA of the end of XX - beginning of XXI centuries is investigated. It is proved that this is one of the brightest trends in the development of designing clothes of this period. It is noted that this topic is extremely poorly addressed in scientific works. The article highlights who defined fashion during this period in business men's suits. The birth and development of new trends in the selection of materials for clothing collections by individual designers started new fashion forms. It describes what formative parameters were leading during this period as they evolved. The know-how of the top men's costume designers of the late XX - early XXI centuries is researched. As well as common features and distinctive differences. Thus, the design techniques for creating a business men's suit in Europe and the USA are identified.

Annotation: This article is devoted to highlighting the features of the investigation of one of the most serious crimes - a terrorist act. The work sets out: the definition of the concept of “terrorist act”, which is enshrined in the laws of some states, the features of the basic complex of investigative measures, etc.

Annotation: (Українська) Основним нормативним міжнародним документом, який використовується при розгляді питання міжнародного співробітництва у боротьбі з екстремізмом є Шанхайська конвенція про боротьбу з тероризмом, сепаратизмом і екстремізмом. В даній статті розглянуто питання методів та цілей боротьби з екстремізмом, а також методи протидії даного явища. Розглянуто питання такого правового явища, як екстремізм, а саме – поняття, з яких елементів складається тощо.

Annotation: The article deals with the basic modern cost management models in terms of strategic and current planning. The relationship between strategic cost management planning and accounting and analytical procedures of the enterprise is identified. The basic principles of application of the methods of Target-costing and Kaizen-costing are considered. Perspectives of application of these methods in the aggregate for the purpose of the most effective realization of the set goals of the enterprises are determined.

Annotation: The article deals with the main aspects of organization of accounting of income of the enterprise of hotel and restaurant complex. The basic methods of estimating the degree of completeness of the operation for providing services to the hotel industry are determined. The comparative analysis of methods of recognition of income of the enterprise is carried out. The features of the activity of the hotel and restaurant complex were also considered. The necessity of structured reporting of the enterprise in accordance with the centers of responsibility and structural units is determined.

Annotation: In this article, the unscheduled audit as crime investigation tool application issues at the present stage are analyzed, and also the need to return the relevant provisions to Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine as regards the powers of the investigator and the prosecutor to appoint the unscheduled audit during pre-trial investigation is noted.
