Annotation: The article analyzes some theoretical and practical problems of the place of the institution of law evasion in private international law. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of evasion of law institute from the standpoint of its relation with the requirements for committing transaction, grounds and consequences of transaction invalidity. Various approaches to definition of the concept of evasion of law, its features and the role it plays in the mechanism of regulation of private legal relations complicated by a foreign element are considered. Despite sufficient scientific work on the study of law evasion, in particular as a type of abuse of law, in private international law, science, unfortunately, has not developed general approaches to the place and importance of law evasion in the system of grounds for non-application of foreign law. In the context of active development and dissemination of private law relations, which are the subject of private international law, it is important to analyze the legal institution of law evasion in relation to the categories of "autonomy of will" and "choice of law". The relevance of the study, which was revealed in the article, due to the fact that in combination with freedom of movement, freedom of reason, contractual freedom and autonomy of will inherent in civil relations in general and regulated by private international law in particular, the requirement of mandatory and strict subordination of such relations uniform law (for example, citizenship or place of residence) looks like an anachronism nowadays. Thus, it is emphasized that the task of law evasion is to ensure the stability of private international law in the interaction of national legal systems, eliminating "disturbing" influences on the subsystem through agreements and other actions that reflect private interests to the detriment of the individual, society and state. The article provides for criticism of current definition of evasion of law, embodied in the Law of Ukraine «On Private International Law», from the standpoint of traditional concept of evasion of law and outlines suggestions for its improvement.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті визначено жанрову специфіку текстів з психології, описано методологічні засади дослідження емоційного інтелекту з позицій когнітивної лінгвістики, а також викладено результати дослідження структурно-семантичних особливостей концепту «EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE» та їх вербалізацію у концептуальному просторі текстів практичної психології (далі тексти ПП).

Annotation: The article examines the media's ability to influence the process of shaping political culture in society. The models of the press and the functions of the media in political life in general are considered.

Annotation: (Українська) У даній статті було визначено права суб'єкта даних згідно з Регламентом General Data Protection (далі - GDPR), що був прийнятий 26 квітня 2016 р. та вступив в силу 25 травня 2018 р. Авторкою було наголошено про екстериторіальну дію даного документа, що поширює свою дію не тільки на компанії, що знаходяться на території ЄС, а й на ті, що знаходяться поза межами Союзу. Авторкою було проаналізовано наведений документ та виокремлено види прав суб'єкта даних у відповідних секціях. Також авторка проаналізувала положення попереднього нормативно-правового акту, що діяв до GDPR, та виявила суттєві відмінності з чинним документом. Наприкінці авторкою було розглянуто питання застосування норм регламенту, що стосуються прав суб'єкта даних на території України та зроблено аналіз із нормами, що існують у вітчизняному законодавстві.

Annotation: The article shows the author's vision on the problem of development of sharing economy. According to the author, the development of economic crises and, as a result, the increase in the number of individuals with mental illness and lawlessness is one of the barriers to open-mindedness of consumers to new information-communication opportunities, which inhibits the development of collaborative capitalist relations, including sharing economy. The author also emphasizes the delayed effect of crisis situations, which can be expected in the development of Ukraine's economy in 30-40 years.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті досліджено сутність поняття подвійного оподаткування, погляди вчених щодо визначення цього поняття.

Annotation: Because the number and volume of health services that are sought to be provided in health facilities cannot be measured, it is difficult to calculate them as a calculation of the cost of compensation for services in other sectors. For this reason, health services should be evaluated, coded and grouped based on illness, and payment should be made within these codes and groups. In light of all these assessments, the aim of this study is to ensure a fair and high-quality distribution of health services provided to the community, to ensure a fair system of reimbursement to health care providers in exchange for medical services provided, and to ensure maximum quality, minimum cost of care and reimbursement. One of the most important issues in the ДСГ system is the process of clear, accurate, objective and modern costing. This process should be determined not only by hospitals but also by the participation of all health stakeholders.

Annotation: The introduction of diagnostically related groups in 2015 shows which proposals for modification have been implemented. In essence, a corresponding redistribution of resources between different departments of a medical institution should be expected.

Annotation: (Українська) В статті досліджено концепції маркетингових інтегрованих комунікацій, основні інструменти маркетингових комунікацій промислового підприємства, наведена модель інтегрованих маркетингових комунікацій для підприємства, охарактеризовані напрями каналів інтегрованих маркетингових комунікацій, охарактеризовано ATL рекламу та BTL рекламу. В статті наведено алгоритм для розроблення і впровадження системи інтегрованих маркетингових комунікацій підприємства з виділеними основними етапами. Сформовано твердження про те, що формування та організування інтегрованих маркетингових комунікацій на підприємстві зміцнить маркетинговий потенціал підприємства, та сприятиме вирішенню таких завдань. Визначено, що ефективність функціонування ІМК для підприємства залежить від різноманітних чинників, зазначено, що визначення економічного ефекту від впровадження ІМК підприємства є завданням підвищеної складності.
