Singapore's experience in the context of the presumption of innocence in the field of anti-corruption litigation is also examined

Annotation: The scientific article considers the views of scientists on the definition of proof. Despite the fact that this topic has always remained relevant today in the current Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine there is still no disclosure of this term. In our opinion, this is a rather negative phenomenon, because evidence in criminal proceedings plays one of the key roles, because it is through the correct course of evidence that an innocent person can be protected from illegal convictions. We have proposed our own definition of this definition, which can be used at the legislative level.

Annotation: The article considers and analyzes the distribution of the population according to the level of the average equivalent total incomes per capita. The dynamics of the average value of the index, the mode and the median during 2015-2019 are investigated. On the basis of the income distribution, the hypothesis of subordination of the selected indicator to the lognormal distribution was proved, and its main parameters were calculated. The forecast of the population distribution by the average equivalent total income per capita for 2020-2021 was carried out. A comparison with the previous year is made and the conclusions of the study are described.

Annotation: (Українська) Стаття є кримінально-правовим дослідженням злочину завідомо незаконне затримання, привід, арешт або тримання під вартою. Проаналізовано підхід провідних юристів до визначення понять об’єкту та суб’єкту злочину, передбаченого ст. 371 КК України. Аргументовано, що суб’єктивний склад злочинів, передбачених ст. 371 КК України, опосередковується рамками тієї процесуальної діяльності, що складає зміст таких примусових заходів, як затримання, привід, арешт і тримання під вартою. Запропоновано вдосконалення формулювання ч. 3 ст. 371 КК України з урахуванням чіткого визначення суб’єкту злочину.
