На основі аналізу законодавчої бази України з охорони праці виявлені проблеми, що стосуються внесення комплексних змін до нормативно-правових документів та їх якості, що напряму впливають на безпеку людини в умовах виробництва. Запропоновані пріоритетні шляхи правового та організаційного характеру з підвищення рівня охорони праці й промислової безпеки в Україні.
