Annotation: In the last decade, technological advances in laboratory instrumentation have led to increased sample volumes and increased demand and reliance on laboratory data to support clinical and public health needs. These advances demonstrated that paper-based accounting and reporting of results were inefficient and could not meet the business needs of the laboratory. As a result, there is a huge increase in demand for the introduction of LIS at all levels.

Annotation: The article examines current trends in the development of virtual assets, in particular cryptocurrencies, in Ukraine and the world in terms of legal policy to ensure their functioning on the basis of political and legal decisions against the background of analyzing the development of such assets. The basic information on the current situation of virtual assets, and, in particular, cryptocurrencies, on the world market and the legal provisions governing the legal relations arising from the use of such assets has been systematized. The main trends in the development of the sphere and further directions of regulation of virtual assets on the basis of temporal progress and comparison with related legal and economic categories are described. Prospects for the use of virtual assets both in Ukraine and in other countries and further interaction between the above assets and established financial government systems are outlined.

Annotation: The publication considers the issue of national identity in the context of contemporary art. The historical preconditions, namely the Bolshevik revolution and its consequences for the artistic intelligentsia, have been studied and outlined. The ways and prospects of development for Ukrainian artists in a very difficult situation for our country - a full-scale war with the Russian Federation - are analyzed. The work of the modern art front and its integration into the European canon are presented. The authors believe that contemporary Ukrainian art needs to focus on creating a reliable, understandable and true cultural foundation for future generations. According to the authors, the autochthony of the Ukrainian ethnic cultural code is unquestionable - the question arises in its appropriate implementation in modern consciousness.

Annotation: The article examines the theoretical issues of accounting and reporting of fixed assets of an enterprise in the context of the application of IFRS. The essence of fixed assets of the enterprise is determined. The normative-legal support of accounting and reporting of fixed assets of an enterprise in terms of the application of IFRS has been studied. It was revealed that in the rules of accounting and reporting of fixed assets of an enterprise there are differences between Ukrainian and international standards, which can lead to problems of transferring the reporting of an enterprise into a form that meets international standards. Therefore, special attention in the article is devoted to improving the accounting system for fixed assets at the enterprise in the context of the application of IFRS.
