Annotation: (Русский) Предмет. В статье предлагается осуществить изменение в подходе к теории развития индоевропейских языков. В качестве ключа используется предположение, что слоги изначально имели только один, одинаковый для всех племён смысл, смысловую нагрузку. В качестве «хранилища» смыслов такой речи автор принимает украинский и русский языки. Цели. Используя данный словарь, появляется возможность восстановить первоначальный смысл слов огромного количества языков, а не только индоевропейской семьи.

Annotation: (Українська) Актуальність розвитку недержавного пенсійного забезпечення зумовлена зростанням кількості пенсіонерів і зменшенням кількості платників податків в останні роки. У статті розглянуті моделі обчислення розмірів пенсійних внесків та виплат на основі принципу еквівалентності зобов’язань сторін при укладенні договорів пенсійного забезпечення, здійснена оцінка адекватності введених моделей і апробація запропонованого підходу до прогнозування показників діяльності недержавних пенсійних фондів.
