Annotation: The scientific article reveals the influence of globalization and technologies on the consulting support of international business. The article is aimed at understanding the role of modern consulting in international business. Special attention is paid to the key areas of increasing the efficiency of consulting activities. It is considered which strategies of effective consulting are recommended to be used in the conditions of the modern world.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of peculiarities of the formation of organizational and economic mechanisms for managing the sustainable development of regions. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to find sustainable mechanisms for managing the development of regions, capable of being adapted to the changing conditions of the external environment in the face of external challenges, the importance of taking into account the peculiarities of the functioning of different regions and the formation of appropriate mechanisms for managing their sustainable development. The integrity and principles of the organizational and economic mechanism of managing the development of regions are researched. Among them it was highlighted the complexity which provides for the provision of conditions for the performance of a complex of social, ecological and economic functions of the normal life of the population and ensures the appropriate level of development of the region; integration of state administration and self-regulation; self-sufficiency which is determined by specific parameters of level of development of the region and affects the economic activity of its entities. It is argued that taking into account the course of economic development of Ukraine the organizational and economic mechanism of managing the development of regions should be oriented towards ensuring the goals of sustainable development. The relationship between the goals of sustainable development and the possibilities of their implementation in the functioning of the regions is determined. It was noted that the improvement of the organizational and economic mechanisms of managing the sustainable development of regions involves the transformation of their constituent elements, methods and tools in accordance with changes in the external environment and taking into account the specifics and development potential of each individual region. The impact of full-scale military aggression by russia on the functioning of the regions was analyzed, it was noted that the mechanisms for managing their development in post-war times must be developed taking into account the basic state of the natural resource potential and the economic complex as well as the degree of damage.

Pakhlivska as a literary phenomenon, we set ourselves the goal of identifying artistic means in the author's journalism and illustrating the influence of this journalism on the conscious reader through artistic means. Subject of research: artistic means in O. Pakhlivska's journalism. The object of the research: journalism of O. Pakhlivska. Research methods: the main method is descriptive. We also turn to methods of analysis and generalizations. There is also intent analysis as such, which reveals the hidden influence of the author's language on the recipient. Topicality. The basis of the article is our contemporary journalism. Writers, journalists, teachers. Personalities fighting for Ukraine's place in the cultural space of Europe. The journalistic work of the author is a specific form of art that combines literary skill with the analysis of socio-cultural phenomena. This allows O. Pakhlivska to express her thoughts, ideas and observations about contemporary events and problems, as well as to create works that have an ambiguous impact on the reader. Pakhlivska's literary journalism reflects the essential aspects of modernity, and also provokes discussion and reflection of the surrounding world. It becomes a tool of cultural analysis and influences a deeper understanding of social phenomena. Taking into account the subject of the author's articles, we see that Pakhlivska's literary journalism is relevant for covering various issues, such as politics, society, culture, science, etc.

Annotation: The article reviews the concept of digitalization in the context of business organizations and elaborates the directions of its application in the practice of conducting business in Ukraine. The importance of the reason for building business models based on digital tools in the modern business environment during the military conflict on the territory of Ukraine is considered. Variants of approaches to its implementation and key factors of the effectiveness of digital tools during the war are given.

Annotation: The article is devoted to such basic properties of the Constitution as the highest legal force and the direct effect of constitutional norms. The theoretical aspects of the principle of the supremacy of the Constitution in the system of domestic constitutionalism as one of the fundamental principles of building the state and society are analyzed. The general characteristics of the direct effect of the Constitution of Ukraine have been clarified.

Annotation: The article examines the "New Ukrainian School" (NUS) reform and its impact on the assessment system in Ukrainian schools. In particular, the transition from the traditional 12-point evaluation system to characterizing the results of educational activities is considered. The article analyzes the implementation of the new approach, the lack of a regulatory framework for filling out class journals, and the challenges faced by teachers and students in the process of implementing this reform.

Annotation: For effective functioning of any direction of rendering services in the sphere of beauty, it is necessary to know exactly the consumer's needs for the perspective in all resources. Extensive experience of domestic and international specialists-lash makers and the market of eyelash extension services proves that the wrong organization of working space, the use of low-quality and cheap materials for the procedure, and many other factors, in order to save money can lead to negative consequences adversely affecting the body and health of customers. Creation of the Unified Academy of Eyelash Extension Services with compulsory certification of masters, defining evaluation criteria and assigning qualifications will contribute to further development of quality services and development of accredited specialists.

Annotation: The article analyzes the existing means of preventing the abuse of procedural rights in civil proceedings and makes suggestions for their effective implementation. Thus, the author, defining the concept of "abuse of procedural rights", points to a deficiency in the current legislation regarding the consolidation of this concept. Also, the opinions of various scientists on this matter are given. Analyzing judicial practice, the author proves that courts can determine various actions of process participants as an abuse of procedural rights, going beyond Article 44 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine. It is indicated that in civil science there are quite skeptical attitudes towards the measures to prevent the abuse of procedural rights and their implementation established in the Civil Code, and this opinion is supported. Taking this into account, an opinion is expressed about the expediency of enshrining in the Civil Code of Ukraine a mechanism for bringing civil-legal responsibility specifically for non-compliance with the obligation to exercise one's civil procedural rights in good faith, determining which actions qualify as abuse and a clear mechanism for bringing this responsibility.
