Annotation: In this paper, a generalization of approaches to the definition of the essence of the concept of "internal marketing" and the definition of its place in the marketing system of the enterprise. The concept of internal marketing is considered. Comparison is conducted in analogy to traditional marketing and the model of the marketing concept of Mkrtarty "4P". We consider the advantages of internal marketing for the enterprise and its concept, which is formed and constantly evolving in accordance with economic theories.

Annotation: The article deals with the essence and problems of unification of the norms of international private law, the complexity of perception and interpretation of the same rule, due to inconsistency of the level of development, cultural and ideological values of the participating countries. It is noted that the creation of uniform legal rules at the international level can not always ensure their effective implementation in the national legal system. Also, the article deals with bodies that implement the process of unification of the norms of private international law and, in particular, the Hague Conference on Private International Law, which is crucial for the internationalization of legal regulation; their role in the legislation of Ukraine is shown. Issues that are regulated in the legislation of Ukraine in the areas of private international law are discussed.

На основі цих даних, формувався перелік ризиків, проводилося експертне оцінювання та розроблювалися заходи, щодо мінімізації економічних ризиків для НАСК «Оранта».
