Annotation: The research carried out an analysis of the interaction of existing systems of distance learning with the user in the problem of memorizing the course material. Also, ways to improve the work of the information system in order to memorize information are proposed.

Annotation: The article describes the main approaches of scientists to the definition of the concept of financial mechanism and found that the financial mechanism should be understood as a set of methodological, organizational and legal provisions and measures that determine the priority movement of financial resources in the state economy, the definition of problem segments and, consequently, practical directing funds to eliminate identified gaps and meeting existing needs. It is determined that its components include the system of financial management, planning and forecasting of the financial budget, the choice of sources of financial support, the definition of financial indicators, norms, limits, reserves, etc. The main instruments of the financial and economic mechanism, which include taxes, budget subsidies and subventions, credits, customs tariffs, and "green" tariffs are revealed. The concept of the mechanism of public administration is considered and in the context of the research the own definition is given: the financial and economic mechanism of state regulation of sustainable development is a set of methods and tools used for planning, accumulation and distribution of funds of financial resources designed to achieve the set goals in the following areas: satisfaction of basic the needs of the population, ensuring favorable conditions for the functioning of economic entities, establishing effective cooperation between state and non-governmental organizations rust sectors, achievement of balanced development of economic, social and ecological aspects of functioning of the state. The main directions of the use of financial and economic mechanisms of state regulation are allocated and the priority tasks of the financial-economic mechanism of state regulation of sustainable development are proposed.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті розглянуто основні напрямки удосконалення управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємств в сучасних умовах. Розроблено науково-обґрунтовані пропозиції щодо розвитку методологічних засад та інструментарію даного управління. Реалізація зазначених пропозицій дозволяє зменшити фінансові ризики підприємств в умовах нестійкого розвитку економіки України.

Annotation: (Русский) Проведено теоретическое исследование процесса развития термомагнитной неустойчивости типа скачка магнитного потока в сверхпроводнике II-рода, находящегося в плоском полубесконечном образце в рамках модели критического состояния Вина.

Annotation: (Русский) Энхансеры и инсуляторы являются одними из ключевых регуляторов экспрессии генов в геноме. Тем не менее, не смотря на многочисленные исследования, механизмы обеспечивающие работу этих регуляторных элементов до конца не изучены. Мы проанализировали отдельные эфеекты, которые оказывает энхансер и инсулятор из мобильных элементов copia и gypsy соответственно с использованием трансфецированных генетических конструкций. Созданная нами система конструкций исключает влияние геномного окружения. Мы обнаружили синтез эРНК, длинной от 350-1050 п.н. а также наличие специфических меток хроматина 3K4me3 H3K418ac в регионе, удаленном от энхансера на 300 п.н. Введение в конструкцию инсулятора между энхансером и промотором подавляет эти эффекты. Также мы обнаружили связывание dCTCF с энхансером и инсулятором gypsy. Мы предполагаем, что один инсулятор может взаимодействовать с энхансером, тогда как два инсулятора преимущественно взаимодействуют друг с другом. Наши данные подтверждают гипотезу о существовании петель хроматина, формируемых данными регуляторными элементами.
