Annotation: The paper examines the ecological and mathematical model of metallurgical production management in Ukraine, taking into account the environmental problems that arise in expanding this production. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the influence of capital growth, labor force on output (consumption) and related harmful emissions (pollution)

Annotation: The key approaches to understanding the content of the mechanism of state regulation are determined. The main approaches to the typology of the state regulation of sustainable development mechanism are presented. It was stated that the complex mechanism of state regulation of sustainable development may consist of normative-legal, institutional, organizational-managerial, financial-economic and informational submechanisms. The mechanism of state regulation of sustainable development and the complex mechanism of state regulation of sustainable development on the basis of socio-ecological-economic systems are presented.

Розглянуто проблеми нестабільності і концентрації портфеля Марковіца. Визначено переваги підходу ієрархічної паритетності ризику над алгоритмом критичної лінії.

Наведено практичні приклади використання соціального піару в США. Обґрунтовано неможливість імплементації досвіду соціального піару США в інші країні без відповідних трансформацій.
