Annotation: The article deals with the descriptive translation of neologisms within conceptual groups, the notion of neologism, their classification, ways of word formation and the dependence of accurate translation on correct analysis of the word structure. The suitability and effectiveness of descriptive translation was also analyzed in terms of conveying the meaning of neologism.

Annotation: (Українська) Анотація. У статті розглянуті питання які зв’язані з синтезом інтонаційної звукової мови. Зокрема, розглядається роль фонетично-акустичного процесору а саме про методи модифікації довжини алофонів. При цьому етапі відбувається виправлення темпо-ритмічних і частотних артефактів. Такі виправлення здійснюються за допомогою модифікації основних компонентів алгоритму LP-PSOLA.

Annotation: (Українська) Стаття присвячена початку застосування Регламенту Європейського Союзу про захист фізичних осіб стосовно обробки персональних даних та про вільне переміщення таких даних (General data protection regulation/Загальний регламент по захисту даних) від 26.04.2016. Досліджено понятійний апарат Регламенту, положення про екстратериторіальність його дії, Регламент проаналізовано в контексті можливості його застосування щодо фізичних та юридичних осіб України, запропоновано основні шляхи адаптації українського законодавства про захист персональних даних до нових стандартів ЄС.
