Annotation: (Українська) Принцип безперервності діяльності підприємства є одним із ключових елементів стратегічного управління та бухгалтерського обліку. У статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти цього принципу, його значення для об’єктивної оцінки активів та зобов’язань, а також вплив на довгострокове планування. Проведено аналіз практичної реалізації цього принципу на прикладі ПрАТ «Мультіплекс-Холдинг», що ілюструє ефективність його застосування в умовах кризи. Вступ. У сучасному нестабільному середовищі принцип безперервності діяльності підприємств забезпечує основу для прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень. Цей принцип підтримує фінансову стабільність, дозволяючи вчасно реагувати на ризики та зберігати конкурентоспроможність. Мета. Метою статті є дослідження основ забезпечення безперервності діяльності підприємств та аналіз ключових інструментів, які використовуються для її підтримки. Матеріали і методи. У статті використано теоретичний аналіз літературних джерел, нормативних документів, а також практичний досвід реалізації принципу безперервності у ПрАТ «Мультіплекс-Холдинг». Результати. У статті розкрито сутність принципу безперервності діяльності та його основні складові: 1. Оцінка ризиків: Виявлення потенційних загроз, таких як економічна нестабільність або зовнішні кризи. 2. Аналіз впливу на бізнес: Визначення критичних процесів. 3. Розробка планів безперервності бізнесу: Формування політик для кризових ситуацій. Моніторинг і тестування: Постійна перевірка та актуалізація планів. На практичному прикладі ПрАТ «Мультіплекс-Холдинг» показано, як оптимізація витрат, інвестиції у цифровізацію та фінансова реструктуризація дозволяють підприємству залишатися стабільним у періоди кризи. Перспективи. Подальші дослідження можуть бути спрямовані на детальний аналіз ефективності впроваджених стратегій та розвиток методик моніторингу ризиків для різних галузей.

Annotation: The article examines methods and techniques for the sequential adaptation and transformation of the properties and characteristics of elements in the infrastructure of a smart production facility. This includes startups in the brownfield category, transitioning in the first stage to the smart brownfield category, with subsequent adjustments to all ecosystem characteristics as a whole to align with the greenfield stage. Finally, in the third stage, a transition is made to align with the smart greenfield category.

Annotation: In this article the question of defence of the personal information and detail is investigated in the conditions of development of technological processes, innovations, scientific achievements, processes of globalization, martial law, and others like that.In particular, maintenance of these rights opens up and the order of their realization is analysed taking into account the newest achievements.Yes, aspects are foremost illuminated, when a right is violated on a detail and protection of the personal data : collection treatment, maintenance and use of the personal information for creation of profile of user of cookiefiles, watching and decoding of data by the research and information centers of company Google, capture of the personal data by means of street video of supervisions in particular at participating in the mass meeting, out-of control height of influence of transnational IT companies. Carrying out the analysis of current legislation in the field of adjusting of protection of the personal data, an author comes to the conclusion, that these norms are especially general, and for today relatively out-of -date. In the future, it is proposed to borrow the experience of EU countries and the implementation of international norms into national legislation.Also, the problem aspects of defence of the personal information and detail open up in the conditions of introduction to Ukraine of martial law. Analysing norms that were accepted for adjusting of certain questions of the use of the personal data in the conditions of martial law, drawn conclusion, that they touch government bodies only, and in any way does not behave to the rights for citizens.As a research result, specified, that in the epoch of development of information technologies a right on a detail and defence of the personal information became the same inalienable value, as a right on life, and that is why, needs the clear, clever and effective fixing at legislative level.

Proper lighting can reduce crime rates, improve orientation, and facilitate safe evacuation during emergencies. The study analyzes the use of intelligent lighting systems, energy-efficient technologies, and approaches to adapting lighting to various situations. It also describes collaboration with communities and authorities to enhance the efficiency of lighting systems.

Annotation: The article delves into the concept of «financial stability of commercial banks», emphasizing its role as a fundamental economic category and its interconnectedness with the notions of «reliability» and «stability». The study highlights the primary distinctions among the various definitions of financial stability, offering a clear understanding of its essence. The research identifies three core characteristics that define the financial stability of a commercial bank: the level of engagement of public interest groups, the quantitative and qualitative capacity of resource potential, and the institution’s resilience to external and internal factors, enabling it to return to its original state after disturbances.

Annotation: The article examines the functions and types of illustrations in modern textbooks for learning foreign languages. Emphasis is placed on the informational, developmental, educational, and motivational roles of illustrative materials. The classification of illustrations by their targeted functions, graphical techniques, and placement in the book is analyzed. An example of creating illustrations that fulfill the primary functions of a textbook using combined graphical techniques is provided, demonstrating their contribution to effective knowledge acquisition.

Annotation: Provides a comprehensive analysis of current approaches to the investigation of war crimes in Ukraine in the context of the ongoing war and intensification of aggressive actions on its territory. Particular attention is paid to the challenges faced by pre-trial investigation bodies, in particular those related to global geopolitical changes, legal and regulatory gaps, as well as security issues, tactical difficulties and logistical challenges in collecting evidence and conducting investigative actions. The author systematizes the main problems and barriers faced by law enforcement agencies and proposes new approaches to overcome them.

Annotation: In recent years, specialists and manufacturers have made significant progress in the search and selection of the most practical and efficient technical solutions aimed at the comprehensive optimization of fuel mixture preparation and delivery processes to combustion chambers of thermodynamic equipment within the infrastructure of smart homes. Experimental installations have been carried out on diesel engines, boilers, diesel generators, gas turbines, and other thermodynamic equipment used to equip fuel subsystems and supersystems within the smart home infrastructure and smart manufacturing facilities.

Annotation: (Українська) Стаття присвячена дослідженню основних шляхів підвищення результативності у протидії фінансовому шахрайству в Україні. Проведено аналіз основних видів шахрайських схем, зокрема маніпуляції з фінансовими операціями, використання шкідливого програмного забезпечення, а також зловживання довірою. Також розглядаються сучасні методи шахрайства, зокрема використання новітніх технологій та криптовалют, що ускладнюють виявлення і боротьбу з такими злочинами. Розглянуто міжнародний досвід, зокрема співпрацю України з ЄС у межах програми EUAF, яка сприяє вдосконаленню механізмів боротьби з шахрайством за рахунок новітніх IT-інструментів та підвищення кваліфікації фахівців. Визначено ключові напрями підвищення результативності протидії фінансовим злочинам, серед яких удосконалення законодавства, формування ефективної політики інформаційної безпеки та розвиток міжнародної співпраці.
