Annotation: The article is devoted to the research of the formation and development of the mediation in Ukraine. Author has analyzed the latest texts of the legislative proposals on mediation, and highlighted the main problems of the formation of national mediation legislation. Particular attention was paid to the issue of the benefits of mediation in resolving disputes arising from economic relations.

Annotation: The article is devoted to study of protection of corporate rights and legally protected interests through a jurisdictional form of protection. Up to date judicial practice on resolving corporate disputes has been analyzed, and new approaches to the consideration by the economic courts of this category of cases have been characterized. Particular attention is paid to the issue of ways to protect corporate rights and to modern approaches of their law enforcement.

Annotation: This article describes the problems that arise when trying to achieve high-quality speech synthesis. Considered four main and two additional problems. The last one will be central for further research of text-to-speech systems. Described solutions to such problems: semiotic classification of text fragments, syntactic features of the text, creation of natural and distinctive voice, creation of prosody.

Annotation: (Українська) В статті проаналізовано головні переваги та недоліки податку на додану вартість. Висвітлено основні проблеми сучасного механізму адміністрування ПДВ, розглянуто основоположні причини, які лежать в основі негативних тенденцій справляння ПДВ та їх вплив на господарську діяльність платників податків. Визначено шляхи реформування і удосконалення діючої податкової системи у контексті функціонування податку на додану вартість. Досліджено сучасний стан бюджетного відшкодування податку на додану вартість. Охарактеризовано систему електронного адміністрування податку на додану вартість. Надано оцінку європейського досвіду функціонування ПДВ та запропоновано можливості впровадження диференційованої системи оподаткування.

Annotation: (Русский) В современных условиях развития экономических процессов, возникают новые области и сферы деятельности. Инновационный характер работы экономических субъектов, потребности в новых видах ресурсов новых форм экономики требуют перехода на эффективные способы ведения бизнеса. Так, на сегодня важным стали знание и информация как основные формы проявления человеческого капитала. А человеческий капитал стал тем ресурсом, владение которым создает безусловные преимущества получения потенциала развития и устойчивого роста субъекта хозяйствования. Статистические исследования как способы динамической оценки помогают качественно оценивать человеческий капитал и прогнозировать потенциал его роста.
