Annotation: The article determines that profit is the main source of financing for the development of the enterprise, improvement of its material and technical base. All business activity is aimed at ensuring profit growth or at least stabilizing it at a certain level. The process of accumulation of profit occurs under the influence of internal and external factors. The article considers the role of profit in the development of the enterprise in today's market conditions. The sequence of actions in managing the distribution and utilization of profit of the enterprise is determined. Measures are proposed to improve the target structure of profit utilization of the enterprise, which will improve the financial condition of the enterprise and increase its efficiency.

Annotation: The article considers the process of constant adaptation of children with special needs in a social space, considers the circumstances in which the adaptation process is successful and does not have a traumatic effect on the child, as well as difficulties that are an obstacle for the child in the process of adaptation to modern conditions of existence society. Total or partial hearing loss, especially at early childhood, is a negative factor in the formation and development of functional systems of the child, in particular the first and second signal systems, as result personal, psychological and social adaptation appears . Therefore, it is important to diagnose auditory analyzer disorders initially and in case of disclose, make adaptive activities with a child in the special care institutions. Annotation: The need to saturate the market with high-quality and safe alcoholic products of domestic production causes the development of new directions in the development and production of alcoholic beverages, which priority is to guarantee the safety of these products and reduce the effects of toxic, carcinogenic and mutagenic effects of alcohol on the human body. The alcoholic beverage industry in Ukraine is one of the most dynamic. Annotation: The article analyzes the concept of "waste" in accordance with the current legislation, and also draws attention to the conflict of norms in different regulatory acts which accommodate this concept. The author examines the methodology of safe waste management and explores the possibilities of reducing and preventing waste generation in comparison with the experience of the European Union. In addition, the author highlights the legal problems of Ukraine in waste management, points out that the environmental legislation of Ukraine is still developing, but at the same time, offers its own ways of solving the problems outlined.
