Annotation: This article provides a brief overview of key fragments of an integrated technology that determine its applicability across various technical and commercial scenarios. In all cases, the focus is on a single type of device that performs dynamic mixing and simultaneous dynamic homogenization of liquid and gaseous physical media. The article explores all potential aspects of the technology and the device that implements it. Special attention is given to dynamic reagent-free homogenization as a fundamental integrative process that enhances the accuracy of non-contact monitoring of liquid conditions in pipelines. These pipelines can be monitored using aerial imaging or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). For the successful commercialization of this integrated technology, it is crucial to identify all viable implementation opportunities—specifically those where the technology is clearly in demand.

Annotation: When using gasoline-ethanol fuel blends, there is always a risk of phase separation into organic fractions and water (inherent in ethanol). The higher the ethanol content in the blend, the more significant the negative impact of phase separation into organic components and water. This paper proposes a device with no moving parts, installed in the fuel pipeline between the fuel pump and the high-pressure pump. The fuel pump outlet is connected to a splitting tee, which divides the fuel flow into two streams. These streams undergo turbulence-level homogenization within the device, and if water is present in the gasoline-ethanol mixture, it is dynamically emulsified during the homogenization process. The dynamic emulsion exiting the device then enters the engine’s high-pressure pump, where, under high-pressure conditions, it is further transformed into a nanoscale emulsion. Upon combustion in the cylinder’s combustion chamber, this emulsion eliminates soot formation and nitrogen oxide emissions while maintaining engine power output. These effects have been confirmed through testing conducted by ROUSH.

Annotation: All specialists in the field of internal combustion engines had to deal with the key problem of these engines - low efficiency; The reasons for this phenomenon are also well known - the imperfection of the mechanism for converting reciprocating motion into rotary motion; It would seem that since the causes of power losses are in the mechanical motion conversion systems, then replacing such a mechanism with a more efficient one should resolve this technical contradiction; Over the last year alone, several thousand technical solutions have been announced in this area, but investors are in no hurry to take advantage of them; The combustion cycle of the fuel mixture in the cylinders of a modern internal combustion engine (Otto cycle) has been brought to complete perfection, its real efficiency on serial internal combustion engines has been brought to 98%, which means that during the implementation of the combustion cycle, 98% of the energy contained in the fuel is extracted; This result is achieved to a large extent due to the design of the fuel system, which has been developed to almost complete perfection, and the associated system of combustion chambers in the engine cylinders, in which combustion today occurs due to combustion at constant pressure.

Annotation: New design concept of FAD, include the device security requirements of Dor Chemicals and other companies; The dimensions of the device are extremely small; In the picture, in real scale factor is demonstrated FAD – 30 with maximal fuel flow = 285 liter per hour Today’s internal and open combustion systems (engines, boilers, turbines, etc.) are only as effective as the fuel used in the process. Today’s fuels are sub-optimal in three ways; they are not homogenous, they are limited in their blending options and they require significant amounts of added oxygen during combustion to complete the process. Turbulent Energy has designed, prototyped and tested technologies, which can be packaged, scaled and integrated with all thermodynamic combustion systems to improve liquid fuel characteristics and therefore improve combustion. Liquid fuels including distillates and synthetics are often not entirely homogenous at the time of distilling or blending and often loose their homogeneity over a period of time. Clotting and phase separation can occur and the fuels performance characteristics are degraded as a result. This change in the fuel’s composition can also hamper the combustion process and cause damage to fuel system components. Non-chemical methods are needed to ensure fuels are uniform and the combustion process is not compromised. In addition to ability to homogenize today’s standard fuels (gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc.), Turbulent Energy can also “blend” those fuels while homogenizing them to create “new” fuel composites (i.e. emulsions). Completely uniform and homogeneous oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions are possible with any liquid fuel, including heavy fuel oil.

Annotation: The article investigates the historical development of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a key unit of military engineering in the United States. It shows that the Corps performs military engineering tasks such as the design and management of military construction projects, the building of defensive positions, fixed and floating bridges, mine clearance, and civilian tasks, including construction and restoration, maintenance of nuclear reactors, and environmental projects. The importance of the Corps as one of the largest state engineering and construction management agencies operating in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East is substantiated. The necessity of studying the Corps' experience for the further reform and development of the State Special Transport Service, considering its goals and objectives, is substantiated. The importance of examining key aspects of the development and activities of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to determine the main vectors for the reform and development of the State Special Transport Service is highlighted. It is noted that the State Special Transport Service is a specialized military formation within the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, designed to ensure the stable functioning of transport during peacetime and special periods. This is comparable to the tasks of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, considering that the State Special Transport Service includes demining, pontoon-bridge, construction, restoration, diving, and other special units. It concludes that the research results can be used to create a scientific basis for the reform and development of the State Special Transport Service, address issues in the construction and restoration of military infrastructure facilities, provide technical support for Ukraine's unified transport system and critical infrastructure, and enhance the capabilities of the State Special Transport Service.

Annotation: The article is focuses on modern solutions in makeup for photo shoots and video shooting. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing interest in personalized services and virtual tools that allow you to predict the final appearance. The novelty lies in the combination of visual techniques with digital communication strategies. The work describes the most common techniques for preparing the skin and highlighting facial features, considers products with pigmented and hybrid textures. Research indicates a demand for radiance effects and adaptive contouring are studied. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of AI systems that provide opportunities for online fitting and simplified retouching. The work clarify professional recommendations, assessing trends in body positivity and considering the evolution of tone correction products. To solve it, methods of analyzing specialized publications and a comparative review of products were used. Domestic and foreign sources were studied. The conclusion describes the obtained results contribute of the obtained results to the formation of a more accurate makeup technology. The applied analysis emphasizes the role of natural, especially long-lasting, formulas and trends in the modern media space. The article will be useful for makeup artists, beauty market researchers and digital communications specialists.

Annotation: If we consider modern pharmaceutical production as an example, then in each technological tank of such production, we can find so-called dead zones, in which the processes are slowed down and their dynamics radically differs from the same processes in the active parts of the technological tank, where, as a rule, there is a circulation, developed turbulent movement of process fluids In the corners of such tanks the level of dynamic activity decreases sharply and the results of chemical reactions may differ significantly from areas with developed turbulence In order to controlthe chemical – reaction activity of the entire working volume of the technological tank and, as necessary, equalize all the main operating parameters of the process, and in addition, to ensure the same time of a high-quality technological process at all points of the working volume of the technological tank, a sensor module is formed based on modern achievements and capabilities of contactless sensor technology in the form of a sleeve, in which a sensor – solenoid is embedded, of a certain design.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the features of modern solutions and standards in the design of underwear, considering biomechanical and orthopedic aspects. The purpose of this study is to analyze modern developments in the design of underwear, focusing on their biomechanical and orthopedic parameters, as well as assessing their impact on the health and comfort of users. Research objectives: to study the existing standards and requirements for the design of underwear, consider biomechanics and orthopedics, analyze modern materials and technologies used in the production of underwear, and assess the impact of underwear design on the comfort and health of users. The study hypothesizes that modern solutions and standards in the design of underwear, considering biomechanical and orthopedic aspects, significantly improve the comfort and health of consumers compared to traditional models. The author concludes that modern solutions in the design of underwear, based on scientific research in biomechanics and orthopedics demonstrate great potential in improving the quality of life of users. Thus, the introduction of biomechanical and orthopedic aspects in the design of underwear is an urgent task that requires attention from both manufacturers and consumers.

Annotation: This article considers the problem of traditional use of nickel in jewelry production, associated with the risk of allergic reactions, and presents a comprehensive solution based on the development of an innovative nickel-free alloy with gold plating. A review of the literature demonstrates that nickel, used to provide luster and strength to products, can release ions upon skin contact, leading to allergic contact dermatitis. The present study is devoted to the development of a new composition that excludes nickel, while maintaining the necessary mechanical and aesthetic properties, as well as the technology of gold plating with the formation of a protective barrier layer, which ensures the hypoallergenicity of the product. The obtained results, confirmed by X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) and certification from “UKRCHIMANALIZ” LLC (2020), indicate the complete absence of nickel and the coating resistance to corrosion, which meets modern regulatory requirements (EN 1811, REACH). The scientific novelty lies in the integration of environmentally friendly materials into jewelry production through the creation of a unique nickel-free alloy capable of meeting the requirements of safety, aesthetics and functionality.

Annotation: Innovative buildings and building materials are crucial in achieving climate and sustainable development goals. The project goal is to study innovative materials in construction. To achieve this, some innovative building materials were considered. The research used structural, functional, and theoretical research methods: analysis, generalization, and synthesis of literature in materials science. The features and possibilities of using panels made of stabilized aluminum foam, transparent wood, hydro-ceramics, pigmented concrete, bamboo-reinforced concrete, pollution-absorbing bricks, self-healing concrete, aerographite, light-generating cement, nanoparticles, artificial spider silk, and energy-generating glass in construction were briefly studied. It was noted that new building materials provide improved structural protection and energy use, meet sustainable standards and specifications, and make buildings more functional.
