Анотація: (English) Even the boldest and most seemingly brilliant commercial and technological idea requires deep professional evaluation before it can become the foundation of an innovative project. Organizational issues, in virtually any new project, inevitably involve additional systemic coordination of knowledge levels and the technical-technological preparedness of the project team members. As practice shows, even an ambiguous understanding of tasks and technical development requirements—caused by differing foundational knowledge and experience, as well as disparities in technical-technological culture among individuals from countries with uneven technological development—can significantly influence project outcomes. Therefore, in the early decision-making stages, a clear and feasible methodology for deep and multidisciplinary search across available information arrays is required. Typically, the search methodology—and most importantly, the methods of evaluating search results—demand much deeper knowledge in specific scientific and technical domains, and at the most advanced levels. Project partners who previously had experience in real invention practices can certainly utilize their accumulated patent search experience, but such experience quickly becomes outdated. Every new direction in technological advancement instantly demands an adequate response in assessing the novelty potentially embedded in a declared idea for a new product. To clearly formulate and assign tasks to the project team, it is necessary—considering the dynamics of the technology sector relevant to the new project—to develop a survey-based analytical matrix document. In this document, the primary search operations focus on analytically assessing distinctive features and positive effects precisely at the intersection of classical exact sciences.

Анотація: (English) This study examines the features and challenges of integrating CRM systems into sales management in tourism organizations. The relevance of the topic is driven by the growing importance of CRM tools in this sector, where personalization of customer experience, automation of business processes, and integration with digital platforms have become key factors in enhancing and maintaining competitiveness. Despite the extensive body of research in this field, significant contradictions remain regarding the determinants of successful CRM integration. Some researchers emphasize technological aspects, while others focus on strategic customer relationship management. The objective is to identify key methodological approaches to CRM system implementation in the tourism industry and outline prospective directions for further research. It is concluded that successful integration requires a systematic approach, including data quality management, strategic customer interaction, and system adaptation to the specifics of the tourism business. The author's contribution lies in systematizing scientific perspectives on the discussed issue and identifying underexplored aspects. A proprietary vision of the CRM system integration algorithm for managing sales in tourism companies is presented. The proposed sequence considers contemporary challenges and trends, incorporating innovative elements with their justification. The findings will be valuable for tourism industry professionals, CRM tool developers, researchers of digital management technologies, and practicing managers involved in implementing automated customer interaction systems.

Анотація: (English) This paper studies the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in creating personalized nail services. The promotion presents an analysis of contemporary technologies-namely, machine learning and natural language processing in the development of an exclusive pattern of nail designs that will be based on the personal preferences of a particular client. An account is given of how data can be collected through social networks and survey platforms, the following analysis of which supports the establishment of a custom solution for the clientele. An overview of existing technological platforms in the beauty industry used to achieve similar goals is presented with an eye to prospects for this sector’s development, thereby including, among other things, 3D printing and augmented reality technologies. The paper also contains the major barriers of the proposed innovations' integration into practice. The study brings out the potential application of AI as a tool to improve service quality and customer satisfaction in the beauty sector. This publication will capture the attention of beauty industry professionals: manicurists and owners of salons incorporating innovative methodologies into their practice. It can also prove handy for researchers and developers within the realm of artificial intelligence and machine learning, explicitly for those working on applications in cosmetology. Moreover, this content may draw the interests of marketers and analysts - those who explore consumer trends and the influence of social networks on consumer behavior, now within the aesthetic services arena.

Анотація: (English) As practice has shown, piezoelectric motors working on the basis of reverse piezoelectric effect principles can become the foundation for the latest automation and precision mechanics systems, as well as innovative lighting technology. The main interest of designers is focused on the possibility of building systems and configurations based on the reverse piezoelectric effect, related to precision and compact stepper motor systems. As the requirements for accuracy increase and the weight of such motors is reduced, including by decreasing their size, more solutions are proposed for the construction of elements and structures of these motors based on the complex use of special composite materials.

Анотація: (English) Uniform monochromatic lighting of the operational zone is essential for a wide range of automated production processes. Standard-type lasers, under certain conditions, form point-distorted structures and are unsuitable for creating a uniform monochromatic light flow in areas such as an operational zone. LEDs do not produce distorted structures, but they have lower brightness. Additionally, LED radiation is non-uniform in the far field. To comprehensively address this issue, the proposed invention utilizes a phosphor droplet at the fiber end, where the luminous body size is determined either by the droplet diameter (100–150 µm) or the fiber core diameter (30–50 µm). The invented technology, integrated into a technical supersystem, is so flexible and adaptive that it allows for the incorporation of the most effective and cutting-edge local technical systems during system formation, including high-speed electronic boards (so-called RITM boards) and the most efficient structural materials, including composite materials, carbon-carbon compositions (obtained through vacuum pyrolysis on viscose fabrics), and films made of synthetic diamonds. The application of these innovative subsystems confidently provides advantages related specifically to the characteristics of laser diodes. The monochromatic factor of light emission, when using the proposed invention, eliminates chromatic aberration and increases resolution.

Анотація: (English) In the field of medical and pharmaceutical smart technologies focused on artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks, the process of introducing innovations is significantly complicated due to the need to obtain permission for all fundamentally new technical and technological solutions, as well as new composite and nano-sized materials, to be used in medical and clinical practice and in pharmaceutical production; The area of application of innovations of all types is usually extremely saturated with all sorts of traditionally used technical solutions and materials, so that innovative changes of all types, according to the conditions of implementation, must be adapted and combined with traditional technologies and materials that fully comply with the requirements and limitations of current standards in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals; In infrastructure and basic solutions, including those of auxiliary importance, correct and coordinated harmonious combinations between system elements at all levels generally determine the success of the innovation process in combination with the entire infrastructure and design architecture of equipment and special tools. In general, innovation is not an end in itself, the central goal of the entire innovation process is to obtain the final result from the implementation of innovative ideas at a level that will allow achieving a qualitative improvement in all parameters of the treatment process, while maintaining the continuity of technology, technology and materials, including consumables.

Анотація: (English) The laws and practices of the integrated development of technical systems and over-systems in the context of the use of quantum computers and their simplified modifications, combined with embedded elements of artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks. The influence of digital technologies with elements of artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks on the industrial design process, as well as on the appearance and nature of modern technical systems of varying complexity. Today, when computer-aided design methods, particularly those from the SolidWorks software family, which can be rightfully identified with artificial intelligence, have deeply penetrated the process of making technical and technological decisions, the number of facts and characteristics of a technical solution and its development, up to the technical supersystem, becomes so significant that it requires local alignment with definitions, provisions, and methods for identifying the entire hierarchy of technical decisions—from local technical solutions with uncontrolled technical and technological links to subsystems, and to the most complex conglomerate of local technical solutions, the supersystem. As the tasks faced by the processes of development, modernization, and optimization of technology and technique become more complex, local isolated solutions no longer satisfy clients, who seek ways to achieve the ideal final result. The reality forces them, in order to solve complex problems, to look for compositional, integrative, and comprehensive software solutions, in accordance with the terminology and definitions optimized by the author of this book in his previous relevant publications. Since the issues of identifying all types and levels of technical solutions primarily affect the possibilities of system protection for the created and developing intellectual property, both at the level of active and effective subsystems, as well as at the level of active accumulators of properties and characteristics of subsystems—technical supersystems.

Анотація: (English) The proposed technology for organizing an information flow protection system within a corporation ensures multi-level system security, including real-time tracking of the status and location of each disk available within the corporation. Applying the proposed encoding methods for protecting information on mobile external storage devices is expected to achieve the same advantages as when used on optical storage media and information carriers. Thus, based on similar solutions, at least two projects with numerous applications can be developed: ● A technology project for encoding optical disk-based storage media, which includes an appropriate analytical-sensor device that, in turn, can have multiple applications across various fields and industries. ● A project for encoding and protecting information on mobile external storage devices, which includes an appropriate mobile or stationary sensor-based measuring, analytical, and comparative device, also featuring multiple applications and design models.
