Анотація: (English) Amid accelerating global digitalization of business processes, the integration of ERP systems into supply chain management has become a key factor in determining the competitiveness of modern enterprises. The aim of this article is to provide a multifaceted analysis of the transformational impact of enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms on logistics operations, with a focus on identifying and describing mechanisms that enhance the efficiency of material flows. Ongoing academic debates reveal significant contradictions regarding the optimal level of ERP system customization, the role of the human factor in implementation, and the potential for integration with Industry 4.0 technologies. Based on a structured review of relevant publications, it is observed that the comprehensive integration of ERP platforms into supply chain architecture leads not only to quantitative improvements in operational performance—such as inventory reduction and enhanced forecasting accuracy—but also to a qualitative transformation of managerial paradigms. In this context, the author outlines a perspective on the development of workforce competencies within the digital ecosystem. The content presented in this article is valuable for logistics managers, system integrators, and the academic community engaged in research on the digital transformation of business processes.

Анотація: (English) This study examines the features and challenges of integrating CRM systems into sales management in tourism organizations. The relevance of the topic is driven by the growing importance of CRM tools in this sector, where personalization of customer experience, automation of business processes, and integration with digital platforms have become key factors in enhancing and maintaining competitiveness. Despite the extensive body of research in this field, significant contradictions remain regarding the determinants of successful CRM integration. Some researchers emphasize technological aspects, while others focus on strategic customer relationship management. The objective is to identify key methodological approaches to CRM system implementation in the tourism industry and outline prospective directions for further research. It is concluded that successful integration requires a systematic approach, including data quality management, strategic customer interaction, and system adaptation to the specifics of the tourism business. The author's contribution lies in systematizing scientific perspectives on the discussed issue and identifying underexplored aspects. A proprietary vision of the CRM system integration algorithm for managing sales in tourism companies is presented. The proposed sequence considers contemporary challenges and trends, incorporating innovative elements with their justification. The findings will be valuable for tourism industry professionals, CRM tool developers, researchers of digital management technologies, and practicing managers involved in implementing automated customer interaction systems.

Анотація: У статті здійснено спробу висвітлення процесу формування та розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності України в прикордонних регіонах з Європейським Союзом з моменту проголошення незалежності. Особлива увага приділяється прикордонній торгівлі як ключовому аспекту співпраці між Україною та центральноєвропейськими країнами-членами ЄС, визначаючи її як важливий елемент єврорегіонального співробітництва та стратегію набуття Україною члена ЄС. Відтак удосконалення прикордонної торгівлі є одним із пріоритетним напрямком державної політики щодо євроінтеграції. Також у статті розглядаються дослідження українських науковців, щодо напрямів покращення організації прикордонної торгівлі.

Анотація: Стаття присвячена дослідженню етапів еволюції стратегічного партнерства між Україною та Європейським Союзом. Особлива увага приділяється ключовим характеристикам етапів розвитку відносин між Україною та ЄС, починаючи з Меморандуму про співробітництво від 1994 року та закінчуючи Угодою про асоціацію, яка була підписана в 2014 році та набрала чинності в 2017 році. Стаття зосереджена на описі інструментарію та напрямках партнерства, зокрема на механізмах співпраці та підтримки, що забезпечують розвиток та поглиблення співпраці між Україною та ЄС. Особливе значення має дослідження програмі асоціації "Горизонт 2020", що спрямована на підтримку наукових та технологічних досліджень та інновацій в Україні.
