Annotation: The importance of this topic was emphasized in this article. There are many different author's views on the given scientific categories, this fact takes into account. Different approaches, to defining concepts such as "human resources management" and "staff development", were considered. The essence of the concept "control system" was revealed. The system of personnel development management in the organization was described, too. The peculiarities of different types of personnel training, were substantiated.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the problems of alienation of a farm as an integral property complex. The shortcomings of the legal regulation of the alienation of a farmer are highlighted. The necessity of improvement of the land legislation is substantiated and the corresponding proposals are formulated by the author.

Означені представлені підходи до організації педагогічної підтримки, враховано особливості індивідуальних особливостей учнів початкової школи згідно особистісної якості «вихованість». Посилення педагогічної підтримки варто виконувати через стимулювання та підтримку ініціативу і відкритість в пізнанні зусиллями самих учнів.
