Annotation: String-searching algorithms and their use in bioinformatics are considered. Completed analysis of the algorithms effectiveness for the objectives of exact searching for fragments of biological sequences. The Boyer-Moore algorithm, the Raita algorithm, the Zhu-Takaoka algorithm and its optimization are considered.

Досліджено складові, що формують податкову політику держави в сфері інвестування. На основі отриманих результатів сформульовано висновки щодо виділення ефективних інструментів стимулювання інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності в аспекті впливу податкової системи для України.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the consideration of the basic scientific and theoretical concepts that were developed by the domestic legal science in the field of determining the place of prosecutor's office in Ukraine in the triangular system of separation of powers. Also, this paper examines issues related to the reform of the prosecutor's office in Ukraine, in particular the clear definition of its functions in the system of state authorities. The most important legislative and regulatory acts on this issue, scientific opinions of the leading Ukrainian lawyers are analyzed. The prosecutor's office of Ukraine among the three branches of power is investigated. Its relationship with other public authorities is determined. Changes in the legal and administrative status of the prosecutor's office in the conditions of the reform of the judiciary and law enforcement bodies are described. Also analyzed is the international experience of determining the place of the prosecutor's office in the system of state authorities in other countries. The constitutional changes are analyzed in the part of the functions of the prosecutor's office, which greatly intensified the attention to its place in the system of public authorities. The functional purpose of the prosecutor's office determines its place and role in the system of state bodies of our state. The analysis of the complex reform of the prosecutor's office has led to the formation of a fundamentally new model of its activities and, as a consequence, new approaches to the implementation of functions, organization and management. The opinions of the supporters of different theories regarding the prosecution to the executive, judicial and even legislative branches are investigated. At the moment, the prosecutor's office is acting in isolation, which enables it to exercise its powers without interference by public authorities and local self-government bodies, which only reinforces the independence and independence of this body.
