Аннотация: (English) Objective: To explore key methods for developing grip strength in wrestlers, compare their effectiveness, and offer recommendations for integration into the training process. Methods: Review of scientific literature, observation of practical applications in wrestling training, and testing the effectiveness of methods (dynamometry, hold duration, and forearm fatigue resistance tests). Results: The most effective exercises for developing both isometric and dynamic grip strength were identified. It was found that combining specific grip-focused movements with functional wrestling-based drills improved performance by 17–25% compared to traditional forearm isolation training. Conclusion: Targeted grip strength development enhances wrestling technique effectiveness, reduces injury risk, and improves endurance during bouts.

Аннотация: (English) The article discusses the theoretical foundations and practical application of fiber-optic sensors (FOS) for detecting gas leaks and monitoring temperatures at industrial facilities. A comprehensive analysis of the operating principles of FOS, their classification, signal modulation methods, and distributed sensing is carried out. Particular attention is paid to their application in aggressive environments, including in the oil and gas, chemical, and energy industries. The advantages and limitations of the technology are presented, as well as the prospects for its development within the framework of industrial digitalization and the implementation of IoT solutions. Directions for further research, including intelligent signal analysis, increased selectivity, and standardization of application are considered separately.

Аннотация: (English) Modern intelligent multidisciplinary digital technologies, incorporating elements of artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks, generate numerous complex psychological nuances and product marketing aspects during their development, especially when interacting with TRIZ and ARIZ. The emergence of information technologies and the drastic reduction of the time cycle required to transform an inventive idea into a real, market-demanded, and viable product, along with the increasing complexity of the technical and technological components of new products—which proportionally raises the cost of prototype manufacturing and testing—necessitate a fundamentally new approach to creating technical solutions. These solutions may include auxiliary innovative functions, often non-obvious at first glance. Several fundamental directions have a decisive influence on the fate of new ideas under today's conditions. Taking these into account can ensure a high level of commercial success; conversely, ignoring them may permanently close the path to commercialization of the idea in any form.

Аннотация: (English) A real-time active online monitoring system for leather manufacturing processes is presented, fully tailored to the specific requirements of the leather industry. The system employs contactless resonance sensors as a key component, integrated across all stages of hide processing—from soaking (used to remove preservatives, dirt, and blood), liming, hair removal, and deliming to tanning (including vegetable tanning), dyeing, fatliquoring, drying, and finishing. The importance of continuous parameter monitoring in the "dead zones" of technological tanks is highlighted, along with the design of the sensor module (a sleeve with a solenoid coil) and its manufacturing methods, including the application of RITM technologies. The paper outlines approaches to integrating the sensors into the production line and discusses the anticipated benefits: improved uniformity of hide processing and final leather quality, reduced defect rates through timely detection of deviations, and automatic real-time adjustment of processing modes according to raw material properties.

Аннотация: (English) This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of environmental issues related to the disposal of nail industry waste, including varnishes, gels, acrylics, coating removers and other related materials. Particular attention is paid to the study of the chemical composition of this waste and its potential impact on various components of the environment - soil, water resources and atmospheric air. The work examines in detail the methods of processing and disposal of these materials existing in world practice, and also critically analyzes their effectiveness and environmental safety. Based on the conducted research, the authors offer a set of practical recommendations aimed at minimizing the negative impact of nail service waste on ecosystems. The article also contains an analysis of the current state of legal regulation in this area in various countries and promising areas for its improvement.

Аннотация: (English) The article contains a study of the professional aspects of the work with permanent makeup artists concerning left-handed individuals. An analysis of ergonomic and educational problems left-handed workers come up against will be conducted in this study, along with recommendations for adapting workplaces and training methods to enhance their professional skills. The urgency of this work lies in the creation of conditions for the successful professional activities of left-handed craftsmen, since most methods and equipment were traditionally oriented towards right-handers, which added additional difficulties in both the process of training and work. The novelty of the study lies in a systematic consideration of biomechanical characteristics of left-handed specialists related to permanent makeup, as well as suggesting practical amendments both to the workspace and training methods that can help improve the quality of work and reduce physical stress. The major conclusions are that left-handed experts find it tough to arrange the place of work and also to learn methods intended for right-handers, which requires personal adjustment and change of regular techniques. This information will help permanent makeup artists, teachers, and training pros, along with beauty salon owners, who want to make a welcoming work setting for left-handed workers.

У статті аналізуються механізми підтримки промисловості, включаючи фінансування, регуляторні умови та міжнародне партнерство, з акцентом на ключові сектори, такі як відновлювана енергетика, електромобілість та воднева енергетика. Окремо розглядаються виклики для малих і середніх підприємств, а також роль державної політики у забезпеченні справедливого переходу. Важливе місце відведено інноваційним рішенням, зокрема технологіям вловлювання та використання вуглецю (CCUS), модернізації енергетичної інфраструктури та розвитку стійких ланцюгів поставок. Автори підкреслюють необхідність посилення глобальної кліматичної дипломатії ЄС та інтеграції соціальних аспектів у політику декарбонізації. Дослідження базується на офіційних документах ЄС, аналітичних звітах міжнародних організацій та наукових працях, що стосуються сталого промислового розвитку. Аннотация: (English) In a modern society, implementing and organizing various options for the comprehensive, multifaceted development of an innovative economy, especially in areas related to smart production and technology, stress loads of all kinds that arise in the most active organizers of project development processes and generators of new technical and commercial ideas aimed at optimizing and accelerating development processes require an adequate response and unobtrusive, but extremely reliable and natural technologies and special equipment for rehabilitation; The publication shows models of system control and regulatory complex model subsystems using contactless resonant sensors as dynamic links between a mobile controlled object and mobile communication facilities, operating on the principles of electromagnetic resonance spectroscopy and having different design versions.
