Анотація: (English) This article discusses modern laser treatment techniques aimed at effectively removing age spots on the skin and achieving a lifting effect. It analyzes the mechanisms of different laser types, their specific features, advantages, and indications for use. Special attention is given to photothermolysis and fractionated effects, which destroy melanin and stimulate new collagen production, helping to even skin tone and improve elasticity. The article presents data on clinical efficacy, safety, possible side effects, and contraindications of the procedures. It also discusses the prospects for combined laser platforms, which allow for personalized treatment and achieve aesthetic results with minimal rehabilitation time. The aim of this work is to systematically gather information about the synergistic effects of lasers in correcting pigmentation and improving skin firmness.

It emphasizes the significance of seeing long-term perspectives, analyzing market trends, and adapting business models to changing circumstances. This approach creates a competitive edge and enhances the effectiveness of managing sales teams. Special attention is given to the connection between a leader's strategic vision and their ability to establish trusting relationships with clients and partners. The article notes that a strategic approach fosters a corporate culture that is focused on innovation and sustainable growth.

Анотація: (English) In today's rapidly changing market landscape and with increasing competition, creating an effective partner sales ecosystem is essential for sustainable business growth. This study aims to develop a conceptual model and provide practical recommendations for creating and managing such an ecosystem. Through a comprehensive analysis of current approaches and successful case studies, we have identified key success factors and common mistakes in scaling partner programs. We propose a multi-tiered partner sales ecosystem structure, explore the principles of selecting partners, and discuss mechanisms for establishing effective relationships. Additionally, we explore tools for evaluating their contribution to a company's strategic development. The study's findings include methodological guidance for adapting a partner strategy to different business models and market circumstances, allowing companies to effectively extend their geographical reach, explore new market sectors, and enhance their competitive standing through collaboration with partners.

Анотація: (English) The article formulates a theoretical and practical rationale for an atraumatic approach to the renewal of permanent makeup (PM) specifically for clients with compromised skin. The relevance of the topic is dictated by the growing number of patients with age-related skin changes (atrophy, thinning) and hypersensitivity (rosacea, post-acne), as well as clients who have previously undergone pigment removal procedures. Such skin requires fundamentally different, highly delicate implantation protocols. The aim of the study is to systematize the principles of atraumatic implantation for aging and reactive skin, focusing on techniques for the eyebrow, eyelid, and lip zones. The presented methodology is based on minimizing procedural trauma through controlled superficial pigment deposition, which is critical for preventing complications and achieving predictable aesthetic results on compromised skin. The material is addressed to practicing specialists in aesthetic medicine and permanent makeup who seek to optimize protocols for complex clinical cases.

Анотація: В епоху інформаційного перенасичення людство особливо потребує мистецтва, здатного розрядити напругу. У зв'язку з цим комедійні шоу перетворилися на потужний культурний феномен, що відображає сучасні реалії через призму гумору. Значення комедійних шоу виходить далеко за межі простої розваги. Цей жанр став потужним інструментом соціальної критики, що дозволяє піднімати гострі теми дискримінації, політичних протиріч і соціальної нерівності в доступній формі. Через комедійні шоу комедіанти часто доносять істини, які в серйозному контексті могли б викликати відторгнення. Індустрія розваг постійно трансформується, але незмінним залишається запит аудиторії на якісний гумор. Парадоксально, але в епоху цифрових технологій і віртуальної реальності людська потреба в сміху і легкості тільки посилюється. Це робить питання створення ефективних гумористичних форматів особливо актуальним для продюсерів і сценаристів. У даній статті розглянуто способи використання гумористичного підходу для створення комедійних шоу. Практична цінність дослідження полягає у виявленні та систематизації ключових тенденцій трансформації комедійних шоу. Результати роботи дозволяють прогнозувати подальший розвиток комедійних шоу з урахуванням соціокультурних змін і технологічних інновацій. Більш того, вироблені рекомендації можуть знайти застосування в професійній діяльності сценаристів, режисерів та інших фахівців, що працюють у сфері розважального контенту.

Анотація: У цій статті досліджуються джерела легітимності. Спільної зовнішньої та безпекової політики Європейського Союзу (ЄС). Висувається теза, що, оскільки ЄС вийшов за рамки міжурядової моделі в цій сфері, він вже не може спиратися лише на національні системи держав-членів для забезпечення легітимності. Виникає необхідність створення додаткового джерела легітимності, яке походить безпосередньо від самого ЄС. Піддаючи сумніву традиційний підхід до легітимності інститутів глобального управління, у статті висловлюється думка, що інституції ЄС можуть претендувати на перевагу над державами-членами лише за умови, що вони сприятимуть зміцненню нормативного статусу зовнішньої політики. Сам факт взаємовигідності спільних зусиль недостатній для повного обґрунтування легітимності політики, що реалізується ЄС у зовнішній сфері. На основі деліберативного погляду в роботі пропонується припущення про існування двох взаємодоповнюючих джерел легітимності ЄС на наднаціональному рівні. Водночас наголошується, що ці джерела здатні підвищувати зовнішню легітимність CFSP, але парадоксально можуть водночас обмежувати внутрішню легітимність зовнішньої політики Євросоюзу.

Анотація: У тезисах розглянуто символіку образу Жнеця в контексті сучасного українського живопису. Проаналізовано художні, міфологічні та психологічні інтерпретації цього персонажа, а також специфіку його візуального втілення у творчості сучасних митців. Особливу увагу приділено авторській трактовці образу Жнеця як багатофункціонального символу переходу, циклічності, очищення та внутрішньої трансформації.

Анотація: У статті досліджено сучасне авторське трактування готичної естетики на прикладі живописного циклу «Жнець і тіні світання». Проєкт інтерпретує готичні мотиви крізь призму особистого міфотворення, психологічних переживань та внутрішньої трансформації автора. Роботи об’єднані спільною драматургією, центром якої є образ Жнеця — символу переходу, очищення й циклічності буття. Проаналізовано композиційні та технічні особливості трьох ключових полотен («Рождение Жнеца», «Цикл жизни», «Начало пути героя») та останньої роботи, що дала назву серії — «Жнець і тіні світання». Визначено художні принципи автора та наукову новизну його підходу до готичної естетики.

Анотація: (English) The article presents a design-theoretic analysis of the HUM–MONT model, which integrates humane pedagogy and the Montessori method in the context of developing social and emotional competencies in early childhood. The study is conducted within humanistic and cognitive-developmental frameworks that combine evidence on mechanisms of self-regulation, emotional responsiveness, and the sensory organization of the educational environment. The theoretical foundations of humane pedagogy are rooted in the legacy of Shalva Amonashvili, whose method emphasizes the child’s inner dignity, dialogical communication, and the educator’s moral self-regulation. His principles of empathy-based learning and respect for individuality form the philosophical core of the HUM–MONT framework, linking humanistic values with the structured autonomy of Montessori practice. The work draws on a comparative synthesis of recent international studies focused on the development of executive functions, pedagogical empathy, and the effectiveness of professional development programs for early childhood educators in the field of social-emotional learning. Particular attention is given to substantiating HUM–MONT as a convergent model in which humane-oriented values are combined with the structural autonomy of the Montessori approach, forming a coherent system of micro-practices of emotional interaction. The article elaborates the principles of balancing the educator’s emotional flexibility with environmental orderliness, ensuring the development of self-awareness, responsibility, and a stable emotional climate in the group. The novelty of the study lies in the formulation of HUM–MONT as a normative framework of pedagogical self-regulation that integrates the value-based and operational mechanisms of humane education. The article will be of interest to researchers and practitioners in early childhood pedagogy, developmental psychology, and social-emotional learning programs.
