Аннотация: (English) Based on current research on financial mechanisms, this article analyzes and compares different studies on financial mechanisms in the East and the West and compares methods for measuring the effectiveness of financial mechanisms. Based on the results of the comparison, differences are drawn and suggestions are made for financial research in both East and West.
