Аннотация: (English) The proposed technology for organizing an information flow protection system within a corporation ensures multi-level system security, including real-time tracking of the status and location of each disk available within the corporation. Applying the proposed encoding methods for protecting information on mobile external storage devices is expected to achieve the same advantages as when used on optical storage media and information carriers. Thus, based on similar solutions, at least two projects with numerous applications can be developed: ● A technology project for encoding optical disk-based storage media, which includes an appropriate analytical-sensor device that, in turn, can have multiple applications across various fields and industries. ● A project for encoding and protecting information on mobile external storage devices, which includes an appropriate mobile or stationary sensor-based measuring, analytical, and comparative device, also featuring multiple applications and design models.

Аннотация: (English) This article examines the phenomenon of low-code and no-code platforms, their impact on web development, the mobile app market, and the labor market. It examines the advantages and limitations of such platforms, their role in business, and potential implications for professional programmers. Based on the analysis of current trends, data, and use cases, it is concluded that low-code and no-code technologies do not replace traditional development, but transform it, creating new opportunities and challenges. The article also examines the long-term prospects of these technologies and their impact on the IT industry as a whole.

Аннотация: The complex of new, still rather unusual conditions and requirements at all stages of design, production preparation, and comprehensive production aimed at forming the capabilities and specifics of so-called smart industries, machines, transport, technologies, and smart workplaces in all industries—including medicine, science, specialist training, and agriculture—forces a revision of the established order of things and necessitates the search for new organizational and technical solutions to meet the emerging conditions. Forecasting the development directions and concepts for forming so-called smart tools and devices in the technological field of specialized integrative instruments, primarily medical devices and complex disposable instrumentation based on laser diodes and modern fiber optics. The strategic importance of high-speed identification of smart tools and devices in real-time conditions and their use in analytical blocks of control and management systems of artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks. The reliability of supersystems of basic technical solutions in optical instruments and tools, achieved through the improved efficiency and reliability of electronic block subsystems using encapsulated composite materials and electronic printed circuit board production technologies that apply hierarchical construction principles inherent to RHYTHM technologies and their combinations. Ensuring the required level of processor technology speed in control and management units using advanced methods for manufacturing thin-film microassembly boards, including the use of flexible automated production modules and high-speed electrochemical and galvanic coating methods that implement processes without the negative influence of edge electrode effects and with electrochemical cells operating in a directed electrolyte flow.

Аннотация: (English) In modern conditions, where new ideas are constantly emerging and, as a result, spontaneously identical ideas may arise in parallel across different developer structures in various countries, the tasks of correctly classifying and identifying innovative solutions based on TIPS formulations and definitions become particularly significant. At the same time, issues of patent protection are becoming an increasingly crucial element in the development of projects. Not long ago, most invention topics had a fairly localized nature, and the positive effect of their application was determined and identified relatively simply. Today, as computer-aided design methods—particularly those from the SolidWorks software family, which can justifiably be identified with artificial intelligence—have deeply permeated the process of making technical and technological decisions, the number of facts and features of technical solutions and their evolution up to the level of technical super-systems has grown significantly. This necessitates a localized alignment with definitions, principles, and methods for identifying the entire hierarchy of technical solutions, ranging from local technical solutions with non-regulated technical and technological connections to complex, highly intricate conglomerates of local technical solutions. Since the issues of identifying all types and levels of technical solutions primarily affect the ability to systematically protect existing and emerging intellectual property—both at the level of active and efficient subsystems and at the level of active accumulators of subsystem properties and characteristics, i.e., technical supersystems.
