Аннотация: (English) Today, when the process of making technical and technological decisions is deeply influenced by computer-aided design methods — especially the SolidWorks software family, which can rightfully be associated with artificial intelligence — the number of factors and features in technical solutions and their development up to the technical supersystem level becomes so significant that it demands localized consistency with definitions, principles, and identification methods of the entire hierarchy of technical solutions: from a local technical solution with non-adjustable technical and technological links (a subsystem), to a complex conglomerate of local technical solutions (a supersystem). It must be acknowledged that, for the first time in global practice, such classification optimization of technical solution types was achieved in the publications of a modern specialist who equally masters the methodologies and techniques of classical design and computer programming — Dmytro Sumtsov. As challenges related to the development, modernization, and optimization of technology grow more complex, isolated local solutions no longer satisfy clients. They seek paths toward the Ideal Final Result (IFR), and reality pushes them to look for compositional, integrative, and complex solutions — in full alignment with the terminology and definitions optimized by Dmytro Sumtsov in his recent publications. Issues of identifying all types and levels of technical solutions primarily affect the systemic protection of created and developing intellectual property — both at the level of active and effective subsystems and at the level of active accumulators of properties within technical supersystems.

Аннотация: (English) This study examines the features and challenges of integrating CRM systems into sales management in tourism organizations. The relevance of the topic is driven by the growing importance of CRM tools in this sector, where personalization of customer experience, automation of business processes, and integration with digital platforms have become key factors in enhancing and maintaining competitiveness. Despite the extensive body of research in this field, significant contradictions remain regarding the determinants of successful CRM integration. Some researchers emphasize technological aspects, while others focus on strategic customer relationship management. The objective is to identify key methodological approaches to CRM system implementation in the tourism industry and outline prospective directions for further research. It is concluded that successful integration requires a systematic approach, including data quality management, strategic customer interaction, and system adaptation to the specifics of the tourism business. The author's contribution lies in systematizing scientific perspectives on the discussed issue and identifying underexplored aspects. A proprietary vision of the CRM system integration algorithm for managing sales in tourism companies is presented. The proposed sequence considers contemporary challenges and trends, incorporating innovative elements with their justification. The findings will be valuable for tourism industry professionals, CRM tool developers, researchers of digital management technologies, and practicing managers involved in implementing automated customer interaction systems.

Аннотация: (English) Multimodal artificial intelligence (AI) is an advanced field that combines different types of data, such as text, images, audio, and video. The article discusses the evolution of multimodal AI, its architectural features, popular modern models (CLIP, DALL-E, GPT-4, Flamingo, and others), and the prospects for human-machine interaction. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of approaches to data processing, the integration of different modalities, and the creation of more natural interaction interfaces.

Аннотация: (English) The proposed technology for organizing an information flow protection system within a corporation ensures multi-level system security, including real-time tracking of the status and location of each disk available within the corporation. Applying the proposed encoding methods for protecting information on mobile external storage devices is expected to achieve the same advantages as when used on optical storage media and information carriers. Thus, based on similar solutions, at least two projects with numerous applications can be developed: ● A technology project for encoding optical disk-based storage media, which includes an appropriate analytical-sensor device that, in turn, can have multiple applications across various fields and industries. ● A project for encoding and protecting information on mobile external storage devices, which includes an appropriate mobile or stationary sensor-based measuring, analytical, and comparative device, also featuring multiple applications and design models.
