Annotation: In the article are analyzed the main principles of the government policy concerning to the media. The main accent is done on the improvement of legal field of its functioning and creating conditions for transparency and openness of journalists’ work, preventing censorship, journalists’ social and law protection. This will help affirmation of real principles of democracy in Ukraine.
