Forecasting the development directions and concepts for forming so-called smart tools and devices in the technological field of specialized integrative instruments, primarily medical devices and complex disposable instrumentation based on laser diodes and modern fiber optics. The strategic importance of high-speed identification of smart tools and devices in real-time conditions and their use in analytical blocks of control and management systems of artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks. The reliability of supersystems of basic technical solutions in optical instruments and tools, achieved through the improved efficiency and reliability of electronic block subsystems using encapsulated composite materials and electronic printed circuit board production technologies that apply hierarchical construction principles inherent to RHYTHM technologies and their combinations. Ensuring the required level of processor technology speed in control and management units using advanced methods for manufacturing thin-film microassembly boards, including the use of flexible automated production modules and high-speed electrochemical and galvanic coating methods that implement processes without the negative influence of edge electrode effects and with electrochemical cells operating in a directed electrolyte flow.
