Annotation: The article discusses the analysis of stress management techniques and prevention of professional burnout among chefs. It explores the psychological and physiological aspects of working in a kitchen, as well as the concept, stages, and symptoms of professional burnout. Additionally, it examines various methods and techniques for reducing stress levels. Special attention is given to practical recommendations for preventing burnout, such as organizational measures, self-regulation techniques, physical activity, group support, and the use of digital tools. The article emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to stress management in order to maintain mental and emotional well-being, increase productivity, and enhance job satisfaction among employees. Future research directions include the development of innovative methods for preventing burnout, integrating digital technologies, and adapting international best practices to local contexts.

Annotation: The article discusses the theoretical foundations of digital business transformation and the role of corporate IT solutions in improving management efficiency. Based on an analysis of international research, key categories of corporate solutions have been identified: ERP, CRM, BI, RPA, and ECM. These solutions have a significant impact on strategic, tactical, and operational management. Factors ensuring the success of their implementation are also discussed. Statistical data on the scale of investments in digital transformation and trends in the transition to cloud models are presented, as well as the proliferation of analytical tools. Special attention is paid to criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate IT solutions, such as ROI, cost reduction, and productivity growth. The main risks and barriers to digitalization, including financial, organizational, personnel, and cyber threats, have been identified. The article also outlines the prospects for the development of digital business transformation in the future.

Annotation: Key feature prioritization methods (ICE, RICE, WSJF, MoSCoW) are analyzed in the context of startups. Based on a practical case study, it is demonstrated how the choice of a framework influences product strategy. A significant discrepancy is identified between theoretical models and the actual implementation order, which is driven by business needs. It is substantiated that frameworks serve as decision-support tools, and their selection should align with the company's stage of development.

Annotation: (Українська) Наявність тривимірної гідравлічної пам’яті форми в емульсії, отриманій за винайденим автором комплексним методом та на створеному ним для цього багатофункціональному апараті, є важливою умовою досягнення ідеального кінцевого результату. Випробування технології та апарата проводилися на емульсії типу «вода в мастилі», де як мастило використовувалося дизельне паливо № 2, а як вода — звичайна питна вода з концентрацією солей жорсткості в межах 200 міліграмів на літр. Під час формування випробувального стенда враховували новітні тенденції використання емульсій як палива — як у сучасних дизельних двигунах, так і в дизель-генераторах, індустріальних бойлерах та турбінах. Для дизельних двигунів і бойлерів найскладнішим у процесі впорскування та згоряння палива є розділення його потоку перед насосом високого тиску: більша частина спрямовується безпосередньо в насос (нині тиск сягає 2000 бар і більше), після чого впорскується в камеру згоряння бойлера або в циліндри двигуна, а менша частина повертається до паливного бака. У разі використання однокомпонентного дизельного палива цей принцип не спричиняє жодних проблем. Однак при застосуванні емульсій такий метод подачі палива призводить до порушення їхньої стійкості, а також до втрати однорідності та рівномірності розподілу за об’ємом води й мастила (дизельного палива). Метод приготування емульсії з формуванням мікрокапсул дав змогу отримати повну вторинну емульсію за мінімальних витрат часу (менше ніж за секунду). Пристрій для виробництва емульсій різних типів має виключно просту й компактну циліндричну конструкцію без рухомих частин — так званий статичний міксер, у якому процес утворення емульсії триває не довше, ніж частка секунди.
