Annotation: In the article, on the basis of analysis of scientific views, international standards and national requirements, the urgent issues of the regulation of ethical behavior of prosecutors' staff were researched. In this case, the author pays special attention to the state of observance by the employees of the prosecutor's office of these requirements and the cases of their violation. Based on this, it is concluded that in addition to following the moral norms laid down in the law, the prosecutor's office must have his own, quite significant moral potential that would allow him not to violate these norms.

Annotation: The paper investigates the legal grounds, the essence and realities of the cooperation of the prosecutor's offices of Ukraine with the media. The author pays particular attention to distinguishing the main problems of such interaction and identifying possible ways of solving them and improving the links between the prosecutor's office and the media. At the same time, it is concluded that raising the level of public confidence in the prosecutor's corps cannot be carried out without regular interaction between this body and the media, and even such as social media.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті, на основі аналізу наукових позицій, міжнародного досвіду, законодавства України та історичних аспектів, досліджено місце та роль прокуратури в системі органів державної влади України. Зокрема, автор звертає увагу на те, що теоретичні основи віднесення органів прокуратури до судової̈ гілки влади співпадають із законодавчими тенденціями в Україні. Однак, разом з тим, робиться висновок щодо абсолютної незалежності прокуратури під час виконання своїх службових повноважень, при зайнятті будь-якого місця в системі органів державної влади в Україні.
